We booked breakfast at 08.00 twice. Unfortunately the breakfast room was locked and no staff anywhere plus no answer to phone calls. At 08.30 someone turned up but had to take us through the kitchen to the locked breakfast room.
A few small hiccups on arrival, forced to call because no reception but the young man who manages almost everything in this establishment does the best for his customers and raises the satisfaction rating. He puts all his good will into it and makes our stay more pleasant.
Just one single comment about the bathroom. Toilet seat loose, mechanism not functioning properly. Shower head, when hung, poorly wetted the ceiling. Adjust setting!!!

Our room was missing a lightbulb in the main ceiling. Our bottom sheet was not put properly on the bed and attached to the corners. The shower would not stay in the holder and kept falling to the wall.
Nice hotel for our stopover on the way to the Augvergne. Across the street is a charging station for our plugged-in hybrid car. The charging station is next to a beautiful old coach house for stagecoaches and -

I booked a room. I got a confirmation in the mail. And the hotel is closed! There's just no one there!!! The doors are locked and no one is answering the phone.
I am standing at the door calling the hotel number and I hear the phone ringing in the hotel. I've been doing this for an hour! This is the worst hotel in my travels!!!
It was perfect ! 2 small things however, we were on the ground floor (bedroom 4, I believe) and opening the windows wide is therefore not reassuring, perhaps putting bars on at least one of the 2 windows. The other thing is to put the outside ashtray elsewhere than under the window, this avoids bad smells in the room. With these 2 little things the room would be ideal. THANKS.
Very nice hotel. Good bd, clean room, frendly staff. Motorbikes could be parked safely.
Wonderful stopover stay for our trip to southern France with our daughters of 4&8. There is a simple playground at few min walk from the hotel, which was great for our 4 yo. Rooms are nicely sized. Bathrooms are good. Dinner serves big portions and breakfast is quite ok. WiFi was only working at restaurant at the time we were there. Speed was good.

Nice clean room, good shower. Room is basic, but clean so would have no hesitation in booking again. Staff very friendly and helpful.
