Hôtel très cosy et jolie mais un rien gâche tout ! Climatisation très bruyante, obligé de l'éteindre, malgré cela bruit de bulles dans la clim. Très agassant. Très mal dormi à cause de la température..

The room is only heated by a small air conditioning system, the ventilation system of which was almost non-existent. I arrived to a freezing room, for a 2 night stay. The first evening, it took 2 hours to get the temperature up to a reasonable level. When I left my room the next day, I asked for heat to be left in the room while I was gone. No effort was wasted, when I came home in the night, the heating was off and the temperature in the room...freezing!
A little disappointed in value for money. For a room costing more than 175e without breakfast, we found the bed and the room small. Being on the road every day, I really appreciate the Logis hotels in France. We will come back one day because I think there are rooms with more spacious comfort. Top team
Good value for money, very well located and beautiful terrace
The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the city. We were upgraded to an aparthotel located opposite the hotel, very spacious but dated and noisy in the evening because of the very busy terrace just below. We appreciated the service of the hotel in that the reception took the trouble to contact us by telephone to ask us if we were parked in the square because we were in the process of removing all the cars for the pound. .. On the other hand, the reception did not inform us of the free parking 5 minutes away on foot (avenue Maréchal Leclerc) The breakfast was buffet style, very varied and pleasant. Finally, we were a little surprised to learn that the SPA area was chargeable (60 €/hour) because it was not indicated on the site...
The hotel was in a good location with excellent car parking. The wi fi did not work properly. We booked a bedroom with twin beds but were given two small adjoining rooms. One with a small single bed and the other with a standard double bed. We were told it was an upgrade, but it was not. There was no soya or oak milk available for a person with a milk allergy.
Heating inefficient and locked to raise the temperature. It took the intervention of the young man at reception to be able to raise the temperature and despite this the heating system does not seem sufficient and for sure badly placed in relation to the office. The bathroom is freezing without heating. I am well aware of government measures and very high energy shorts, but it was really cold in all the common areas except on the floor. Very poor wifi quality, I had to work in 4G with my phone.
I discovered by chance to go to a funeral at 8 am the next day, it's a great find, room large, clean, well soundproofed, coffee machine in the room with 2 quality pods, tea too. Rooms 214 WC ventilation was very noisy. it was cold in the breakfast room at 7am on friday morning

Rooms smell of cigarettes - we swapped rooms but second one was little better. Room decor in no way to 4-star standards. Cracked basin, peeling discoloured paint in the bathroom glazed screen, missing screw cover on bath handle, old screw holes in tiles, horrendous failure to cover up old tissue holder in toilet. On the plus side: v friendly staff; excellent breakfast; very comfortable bed; a champagne bar!
