J'avais reservé une chambre pour la nuit du 31/12 pour dormir sur place suite au réveillon sur Logis.com. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de voir au moment de prendre les clefs que le tarif de la chambre était à 88€ il me semble, alors que j'ai payé 108€ sur le site officiel de Logis!! A la réception on m'a rétorqué que il y avait les frais internet en plus... sur le site officiel de l'hôtel???
Et la chambre, propre par ailleurs, ne mérite pas un tel tarif. 80€ me parait le grand maximum. Quand j'avais réservé je m'attendais à autre chose qu'une chambre aussi simplette.

I choose this hotel because there was internet, a restaurant and it was well located during my two days travel. The room I got first had no internet (it was not in the main building, it was in the garden). The manager seemed tp doubt about it but he gave me another room much more comfortable in the main building. There, internet was working well.
For dinner, the manager gave me the "a la carte menu" but I heard from another table there was a special menu "La Semaine Gourmande" and when I asked about it the manager told me there was no other thing than "a la carte menu" !?! The food was correct but expensive for the quality.
No wifi in the rooms of the annex building, too bad. Frozen scallops while we are in season, disappointing even if it was good

Lovely hotel with nice gardens. We ate outside which was great. The food and choices were good.
Quiet place, single room, comfortable mattresses. Small individual terrace. . Maybe a small drink when you arrive, even paying. True it was a weekend when the restaurant was open at noon. Otherwise welcome, we will come back if the opportunity arises.

Because of à wedding they receptionned this day, they had no place for us to dinner at the restaurant(after a ride of 7 hours with 2 kids), we asked for advice to dinner in town, but they didn’t know where we could eat except in Chartres (20min ride)
At the breakfast the lady was not very helpful or charming…
Great disappointment for my husband and son, there was no eggs or bacon!! For a 13€ breakfast (4 year als same price!) there was nothing worth it!!

Very welcoming host. As it was a Monday the restaurant was only catering for people staying overnight. There was a set menu which had a meat main course. As I don’t eat meat an alternative was provided. Overall a great place in beautiful surroundings. I would happily recommend this hotel to everyone
The toilet cubicle needs attention. Water cannot remain in the wash basin because the plug (bouchon) system has failed....the has to run continuously.
Nice hotel, but bathroom unworthy of a home, low-cost hotel-type cabin, no room to turn around, 1 step up to the bathroom block. I can think that these are the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, but the price is too high for a room with this type of bathroom. Damage.

Rather disappointing. First contact on the phone pleasant but once arrived for 5 p.m., no one. We had to wait, then end up calling, to finally give us an access code and then we have to manage everything else. Strong smell of frying in the hall then the corridors. On arrival in the room, it was very cold. Otherwise we slept well, nice bed, clean accommodation.

Hello, we found the place very noisy (we could follow conversations from neighboring rooms, people in the hallways and heard all the movements from the floor above). We had a room without ventilation or air conditioning although it was over 35 degrees outside and there was no fan in the hotel). Very small room with bathroom in a barely accessible plastic cubicle (you have to sneak onto one side of the bed and take a 35cm step). Very hard bedding and bath towel not really clean (rust stains, we hope, or something else…). At 100€ per night for breakfast, in a small village, the bill for the services is expensive.
Access problem: Access to the room difficult by a very steep staircase; access to the shower cubicle by a high step that you have to step over! the room had a tiny shower cubicle acting as a "bathroom" whose sink, very low, was leaking. Young staff (trainees?) were helpful but seemed a bit lost and unprofessional. The breakfast remains very ordinary. I don't know how this hotel got 3 stars. Expensive for the service!

the room in the park is quiet, the place is charming. on the other hand, we found a damaged, cracked shower tray, and a downright broken bathroom mirror... for a room at 102€, this is not acceptable.

Disappointing stay without its set. Too bad, because the staff is friendly. You will understand: Heating system and even the towel dryer disconnected. I would like to specify that I booked a room at 145 € per night (Suite). I went to the reception to ask how to connect the heating. The answer was unequivocal: we are in the summer period (25/05/2022), not possible to provide you with heating?!?! I specify: 14°C outside temperature. Tiled floor throughout, needless to say... freezing (no disposable slippers). Humidity in the bathroom (after showers) and wet towels, very unpleasant since the heating is off and no heated towel rails are on (a minimum). Another detail, no shower screen even though the shower is taken in a bathtub, so squatting shower. The facades really need a renovation (renovation may be necessary with an ITE...) Really a shame, because the restaurant is rather good, the people are nice, but the heating has destroyed the picture. I would have preferred to be asked for 10 or 15 € more when I went to reception... I would have paid without difficulty. Without heating: addition to room for 1 night + meal = €266.80 You be the judge.
