The hotel Le Cours, in the hands of the Peyrol family since 1950, welcomes you to a completely renovated establishment in the heart of the town of Saint Gilles, in the shade of the plane trees. Fully air-conditioned, our 31 lift-accessible rooms are comfortable and can accommodate families with spacious quadruple rooms or business travellers with beautiful rooms for our sales representatives.
The restaurant, run by Chef Jean Philippe Peyrol, Maitre Restaurateur, offers gourmet cuisine with local specialities full of flavour.
Our capacity to cater for groups means that we can welcome you for holidays or family meals in our air-conditioned dining room or on our large, leafy veranda terrace.
