hotel bien rapport qualite prix bonne table personnel tres gentil et souriant ( une petite remarque le stationnement voiture ? nous sommes passes
en periode de travaux)
The hotel is oldish and would need renovation (bathroom, beds, furniture). It was not very clean (sticky liquid on the side table) and the decoration is not modern at all.

HOTEL ET RESTAURANT BIEN MAIS petit dejeuner pris à 9h00 et deja plus de croissant ni chocolatine. et reste 3/4 de baguette pour 4 personnes (2 couples dont nous).a ma demande on me reponds que la machine est nouvelle et que en gros il n'y aura pas d'autre supplementaires!!! 11€ pour un café et un bout de pain c'est un peu fort... de café !!!
Chambre très calme. Hôtel un peu vieux agréable.
Petit problème au petit déjeuner : plus de pain et de viennoiseries mais le personnel a décongelé du pain et recuit des viennoiseries mais elles n'étaient pas assez cuites, et en plus la serveuse a dit " vous avec tout mangé on n'avait pas prévu, on avait sorti le compte juste.
Possibilité de se faire du jus d'orange pressé 👍👍

L’hôtel est calme et les prestations globales d’hébergement sont en lien avec la fourchette de prix . S’agissant de la fourchette justement , je recommande le restaurant qui délivre une belle prestation rapport qualité prix . Soulignons enfin la gentillesse du personnel entièrement dévoué à sa clientèle.

Hotel a little expensive for what it offers and I was charged €68 more for smoking in the room yet there is no sign on the door or in the room prohibiting smoking, it's a bit harsh for a Christmas day!

The staff were great . We chose an annexe room , as we were staying with our cat . The room was very clean , quiet and functional.

A well located hotel in Libourne with good bedding, a view of the river, a clean room. It would be necessary to review the shower because the one in our room had difficulty closing. The breakfast is brief. Friendly and kind staff.
Remarkable location. Very warm welcome and great comfort in a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the river. Only downside, a tiny TV screen!
Overall good service, the decor deserves a little refreshment (parquet baseboard in our room, shower door that closes badly) but nothing bad to do. We recommend this address and we will return there.

We chose to stay in Libourne this night because of the July 14th fireworks - and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the bridge where the display would take place. The fireworks were superb!
It was a very hot day when we arrived - and the late (5pm) check-in meant we were out in the heat for longer than we would have liked (other hotels have 4pm, and even 2pm, checkin-in times). But it did mean we appreciated the air-conditioning when we finally reached our room!

Fairly basic hotel. Good restaurant, cheery staff. Room spacious but basic. Air con very noisy so slept with windows open. Noisy outside too.

We found the reception closed on arrival (Sunday about 1200) though we had an email informing the reception would be open until 1400. The manager received our phone call & allowed us early check-in which was appreciated. It seemed strange to access the room from the night entry door but it is an old building - part of the tower, I think.
Just a small remark, the television screen is much too small for a room of this size

A good experience for this beautiful hotel full of charm, ideally located and right in the center of Libourne. The managers are friendly and attentive to their customers. The spacious room and the bed is large with good bedding and the table at the restaurant is to be recommended.

I had made different bookings for different rooms for our group of 4, so I can't rate the experience of the others, but my stay in a balcony room was perfect!

Perfect accommodation
Manon and her husband Jacque have a very welcoming manner and an exciting boutique hotel well beyond a 2star rating. Overall the room was good, with opening balcony doors offering views across the dordogne, a clean and fresh feeling. The bed was of comfortable. The shower cubicle was a standard square design, the shower provided a good flow of hot water. The only slight drawback was the aircon unit was noisey at times.
We ate at the hotel one evening and the food was excellent, the young staff were very attentive. Absolutely fully recommend eating whilst staying at the hotel or just visiting for a meal

The room seemed a little tired and needing some care in the decor. We had a balcony over looking the river which was lovely but were not prepared for how noisy the road was.
We arrived to check in at 5pm but the hotel was all locked up and we weren’t admitted until 5.15 by which time there was quite a queue.

Disappointing the Restaurant was closed the week we visited and there was nowhere to park we had a long walk with our bags and many steps to climb not recommended for older people

Unfortunately we did not have prior knowledge of the excellent restaurant facilities until it was too late to take full advantage. Strongly recommend review of the Logis website content to strengthen the message. We would certainly have used the Restaurant had we known beforehand. Tea /Coffee making in room would be very good to have..
