Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht, waren wandern, haben das Spa und vor allem das phantastische Essen genossen. Volle Punktzahl, wir kommen wieder.
Un moment exceptionnel dans un cadre calme et relaxant, une chambre bien agencée avec de la bonne literie, un espace à l'extérieur. Accès direct au spa depuis la chambre (pas besoin de repasser par l'extérieur). Personnel aux petits soin. restauration d'exception que ce soit au petit -déjeuner ou au diner
Très belle destination que cette "Source des Sens", chambre spacieuse et moderne, très beau SPA, on aurait apprécié de pouvoir en profiter un peu plus le jour du départ (ouverture à 9h seulement et check-out à 11h) par exemple avec une ouverture à 8h réservée aux résidents de l'hôtel.
Bon restaurant, un peu trop d'attente néanmoins.

C’est un lieu fort sympathique et agréable mais si vous cherchez un moment de relaxation en toute intimité c’est raté.
En effet, l’hôtel est ouvert aux personnes extérieures de l’hôtel ce qui fait que la cession spa est un véritable embouteillage. Idem pour le parking pas accessible à notre arrivée.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est TRÈS cher pour la qualité des plats proposés et surtout du service (1h30 pour pouvoir profiter de son plat après son entrée). Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi une déception malgré des produits locaux de qualité. Pensez à arriver au plus tôt pour le petit déjeuner sans quoi la plupart des produits ne vous seront plus proposés. Les chambres sont magnifiques propres et très confortables.
Personnel très accueillant et très sympathique, chambre très lumineuse et au calme (chambre nature), vaste spa avec de nombreux espaces de relaxation, restauration de qualité avec une carte des vins extraordinaire. Seul bémol, le prix un peu élevé.

Perfect experience as the name of the hotel indicates, all the senses are in the spotlight. The view, careful and soothing decoration for all services. Taste and smell, the chef and his team divinely enhance it with exceptional dishes and wines. The touch: an expert and very professional spa team. Hearing: the calm of the place, relaxing. Congratulations to this very beautiful establishment and to the teams for their kindness and professionalism!
3rd stay and certainly not the last
What we didn't find in the room was a shoehorn. Everything (including the spa) is signposted and described exclusively in French, including the menu. What a shame - and in Europe! Vive La France! Here’s to German-French friendship! There is an institute in Strasburg that promotes bilingualism........ doesn't that apply to Mörsbronn?

Excellent moments spent in your establishment. We very much appreciated La Source des Sens formula and its dinner. When everything is so perfect, the downsides are only details: the range of wines served by the glass is perhaps too inaccessible in terms of value for money. You should be able to offer wines for less than €15 a glass. Another detail for gin and tonic lovers, at this price, you should offer tonics other than Schweppes, for example tonics from the Fever tree brand which perfectly reveal all the flavors of Gin. But all that is not so serious in view of the services you have offered us. Thank you !

We had a good time at the hotel and were positively surprised by the Spa. The quality of the restaurant was very good.
Only the following three points could be improved to make our stay perfect:
- The room could not be cooled, no matter what we tried. It was way too warm to sleep in. We notified the reception and were informed that someone would check the air condition. We never heard back. Since it was a heatwave when we stayed, calm sleep was impossible.
- my partner wanted to pay the dinner to invite me, but was told that the costs will be added to the room. Since i paid for the room, he would have preferred to pay by card.
- Vegetarian choices in the restaurant. We would have eaten both evenings at the restaurant, but since there was only one vegetarian dish (we don't eat fish), we had to find another restaurant for the second evening.
The floor was poorly cleaned, there is only one chair, the bathroom mirror is too high and, the worst thing for a 4 star hotel is that there is no air conditioning! The room is located along the road and it is very noisy. It's hot and we'll sleep with the windows open. On the 2nd day we will only have a clean towel. So you have to ask for another!
