Beautiful location in a beautiful mediaeval town. We asked for a room overlooking the river which we enjoyed, but I hadn’t realised the main road was the other side of the river. I believe there are also quiet rooms. It had a nice big comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. Some staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was fine and convenient, and breakfast was very simple. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Some staff could be a little more friendly. The pool was a little bit green but ok.

Very satisfied with our stay. Very comfortable bedding, excellent and inventive catering. Attentive, helpful and caring staff. We will return there without hesitation.

Ideally located hotel with a magnificent view of the old bridge. Hotel equipped with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. Very friendly welcome and good advice. Rooms and bathroom clean. Good bedding. We highly recommend.

Lovely hotel on the banks of the river. Room was a good size and very clean and quiet. Very nice to have a pool and a restaurant on site.

Hotel, welcome, situation were all just what we wanted. The angry chef wasn’t.

On arrival 1 menu turned out to be valid and I indicated that I was vegetarian. The owner suggested a fish dish which I accepted but to my surprise I got a vegetarian main course. I was pleasantly surprised!

Very accommodating and welcoming staff. Spacious room. Quality bedding and new bathroom. A lick of paint wouldn't hurt, but the hotel is well kept. The spa area is very pleasant and the restaurant quality.

The hotel is very well located and could be superb if it were better maintained. We complained about the lack of air conditioning, it was very hot. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. We travel a lot and have never seen this. The swimming pool could be very pleasant if it were better maintained as well as the surroundings and the garden. Note, many deckchairs and parasols out of order. The restaurant is decent but the menu is very limited. The waiters are very friendly but most don't speak French. In conclusion, we are rather disappointed with

Very warm welcome from the manager. The breakfast should perhaps be more complete and more international. (cakes, cakes, bacon,….)

The breakfast could be a little more expensive (12€) and more substantial and it would be perfect

A drink machine would be nice because we were very thirsty when we arrived and the reception only opens at 6 p.m. Nothing open around

Nice hotel, well located opposite. The river and the bridge. Welcoming and helpful staff. Restaurant (evening meal) very good, plentiful and varied. Service by the girl very good too. Other non-French speaking staff doing the minimum but it is enough. Good experience. The hotel could use a little sprucing up and a little better management. For example the maintenance of the swimming pool (deckchair and broken parasols not removed). Use of the Ping Pong table, unemptied trash can and the outdoor bar serves more stuffed everything…. It's a shame because it gives a bad image. Rooms could be decorated with pictures of the area rather than inappropriate frames. The carpet could be replaced in the bedrooms. A few quirks like having to ask for toilet paper and shower gel at reception… Hotel not air-conditioned. It is necessary to know it according to the period. SPA should be cleaned. Steam room and sauna not tested.

The rooms are not air-conditioned and the beginnings of the night were a little difficult in this period of high heat. Some pool equipment would need to be changed. For the rest, everything was perfect (friendly staff, nice room with a shared terrace, very nice).

Parasols at the swimming pool broken. Sunbeds broken. Why is there no cozy terrace in this warm weather? There is enough space for a terrace. No air conditioning in restaurant. Cornflakes old, little choice at breakfast. Very friendly service. Beds are good and clean.
