Rien à redire. L accueil est au top. La deco .change des hôtels qui se ressemblent tous et n ont aucune chaleur. Quant à la cuisine, c est à la fois familial et digne d un grand restaurant.
Tout est fait maison, le petit déjeuner est plus que copieux et varié.
J ai déjà hâte de revenir pour retrouver ce charmant couple de propriétaires.

Bien mais un gros souci pour les personnes agées, à cause de l'absence d'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres à l'étage.

Très satisfait de cet hôtel restaurant que nous avons réservé au dernier moment pour un week-end ski. Accueil très sympathique et très à l’écoute de nos demandes. Nous y reviendrons en été pour faire de la randonnée dans cette belle region.

Un établissement traditionnel, qui accordé beaucoup d'importance à l'accueil et pas seulement à la minute d'arrivée. Qui sait se moderniser et est très bien entretenu. Qui propose une cuisine soignée.

Small modification to be made to the bedroom door. Caulk around the door to avoid seeing the hallway light which often comes on at night. Other than that, everything is correct.

Hello, Bernard (61 years old) and Maxime (26 years old). Came with my son for a short motorcycle road trip for 4 days, we spent 3 nights on site, simple but pleasant room, very friendly and attentive staff (we asked to leave our ice packs in the freezer for the next day), we particularly appreciated the closed garage to leave our motorcycles there overnight (can also accommodate bicycles). We had only booked the first evening meal on the first day so as not to not having to go out, and finally we stayed to eat there the other two evenings, the menus change every evening and we enjoyed ourselves each time, we particularly recommend this establishment.

Hotel very well placed for access to many hiking departures. The rooms are quiet, in a pretty green setting. Several facilities are available for leisure within the establishment (billiards, ping pong table, lounges for idleness...). In addition, we were very well received by the owners who shared their knowledge of their region and who took to heart the smooth running of our stay. We enjoyed the breakfasts and meals offered at the hotel restaurant. We will come back with pleasure, we recommend this establishment.

Everything went well, the only downside is access to the third floor with the suitcase, next time we will ask for the first floor. The owners are really friendly and the park is very beautiful and relaxing, the evening meal very good.

The hotel had reserved 21 rooms for me, so 42 people for the night of September 30 to October 1, but could only have dinner for 35 people, so 7 people who had to go and have lunch elsewhere, which was not very Catholic. We had to find another hotel restaurant that could everyone welcoming us did not say on the phone no problem and once there tell us that it was not possible I will never come back to this hotel again

Perfectly adequate for one night. The restaurant offers a 3-course menu, but you eat what is on the table. No menu. The breakfast was OK, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we were allowed to park our motorbikes in a lockable garage.

This is the third time we have come and we are still satisfied with the quality of the welcome, the delicious Champsaur specialty board, the lounge area is ideal for sharing an aperitif, a room suitable for a games evening , beautiful rooms where everything is very clean. Discovery of a nice hike from Poligny (10 minutes from the hotel by car) and the magnificent view of the frozen Ste Catherine waterfall.

Stay as a couple for the weekend of August 20 and 21 in a comfort room. (81euros) Comfort room than the name at least the N°26. Large with storage, but without a curtain, the bedding is uncomfortable (to be changed) the sliding toilet door blocked Out of service so NO privacy, on the power outlet side of the bed, you have to choose between your charger and the bedside lamp? Bathroom, small piece of furniture for these perfect things, one of the 2 towel hooks broken, no hair dryer, for the bathtub, 2 cold and hot taps so no mixer and the hotel asks you and talks to you about ecology and economy ??? On the sound insulation side, no better, you hear the conversation from the next room. GREAT. Meal with no choice possible, single and very ordinary menu for 24 euros, especially since you are always told about local products and the ½ pitcher of white wine 14.20 euros (not cheap). Ditto for breakfast, same remarks and for 11 euros? Otherwise, good reception, very nice park and very quiet, easy to access and park. For my part, this should really be improved. I've spent over 25 years on the move so I know what I'm talking about. To date, horribly expensive for this service and especially for accommodation. Jean Louis

The warm welcome from the managers was perfect. The lounge areas in the common areas are pleasant “like at home”. Too bad that the rooms / bathrooms and common areas are a bit dilapidated although very clean! A little facelift would rebalance the quality/price ratio.

An "old-fashioned" establishment that could do with a little updating, but the real value here is the warm and attentive welcome of the owners. We appreciated the quiet location but close to the city center, the garden and the very pleasant common areas, the easy parking, the possibility of eating on site, the local products. We will return to La Crémaillère without hesitation to take advantage of this very beautiful region. Note, no elevator (3 floors)

Very very good reception, the smile to the "2 ears". Madam is very nice, very professional, she does this job with her heart, it shows. We didn't eat there, we had to book in advance, but she advised us 2 or 3 colleagues, and that's good to go to one of them.

The managers are very friendly. The lounge, restaurant and outdoor area are pleasant. Certainly the decor of the stairs and rooms is not very modern but, as it is clean and maintained and that we sleep well, it is not important. We also appreciated the easily digestible evening meals without excessive sauces. I recommend!

This hotel is pleasantly located with a very pleasant environment. The managers are also very welcoming. The only downside, no possibility of lunch. The evening menu is unique with no possible variant except for the desserts but without choice; we could not have seasonal fruit for dessert. The dish of the day is not spicy cuisine; we weren't expecting gastronomy of course. We nevertheless had a pleasant stay and made our comments on departure.
