Personnel charmant. Chambre propre et bien aménagée malgré une déco un peu passée de mode Mais salle de petit déjeuner et salon très sympa et belle ambiance. Buffet petit-déjeuner soigné, copieux et produits de qualité.
Rien à dire, bon service, bon hôtel.
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique en famille à l'hôtel. Le confort du lit et de la chambre a assuré des nuits reposantes pour tous. Kelly, la réceptionniste, s'est montrée non seulement professionnelle, mais aussi incroyablement sympathique envers notre famille. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment ajouté une touche spéciale à notre expérience. Un grand merci également à la personne qui s'est occupée de la confirmation de la réservation et qui a vérifié soigneusement le lit d'appoint pour notre fils de 3 ans. Un grand bravo.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour son service de qualité et son personnel attentionné, parfait pour des séjours en famille. De plus, sa proximité avec la place Bellevue, où se trouvent des arrêts de bus et de tram, facilite grandement l'accès à l'hypercentre. Une situation idéale pour explorer la ville. It was a nice place and my first time to spend 2 nights in Lyon all the way from the Netherlands. It was a nice and friendly relationship with the few workers met,but surprisingly and unfortunately the management in the morning of Sunday instructed everyone to leave the property because they don't work on Sunday, I was honestly wondering if there is still such limitations in a morden hospitality industry, it wasn't fare.

We had an overnight stay on our journey towards the east. from the first moment we felt welcomed and everything was prepared, easy to access, and it was super silent to sleep. garage was perfectly accessibly and the receptionist totally friendly. if we ever come back to st. etienne we will definitely take Hotel
du Midi into account for another stay. the staff is super friendly and supportive. yes a perfect stay. on top very helpful support for restaurant reservation. thank you.

Réservation d'une soirée étape qui normalement comprend le dîner.
A mon arrivée, l'on m'annonce qu'il n'y à pas de restaurant et que ma réservation est bien une soirée étape mais "sans repas". Je n'avais jamais vu une soirée étape sans repas.
Le site internet manque de clarté à ce sujet ! Ce que je fais remonter à mon arrivée mais sans retour particulier de la personne à l'accueil.
Heureusement, un très bon restaurant thaïlandais se trouve à proximité.
