Very nice hotel, welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful room and services with good value for money. The only downside is that the "private" parking lot is not really private because it is adjoining a restaurant and therefore not accessible when the restaurants are open.
I booked a room with three single beds for two adults. I confirmed the reservation with the hotel as requested because we arrived after 6:00 p.m. I was told that the room I had reserved was not available and that I would have to accept a replacement. Why offer a room choice if rooms cannot be reserved? The room was dirty and had definitely seen better days. In our experience, the hotel does not meet the standards of Logis Hotels.

Charming establishment on the water's edge, very warm welcome with very friendly and smiling staff. The evening stopover formula is generous and delicious (congratulations to the kitchen team). Small negative point is the strong smell of humidity in the room which is not pleasant, perhaps a solution should be considered.

Perfect with a downside on customer reception
We booked this hotel a week (7 days) in advance. On the day of our arrival we discovered that the restaurant was booked for a function and the bar was not available. When we made our reservation, we requested that a table be reserved in the restaurant. A simple response indicating that this was not possible would have been polite!
A quality evening stopover
Great hotel but room very hot. Little ventilation. Difficult that bedside lamps burn at the same time and not each separately. Bedside table was missing on one side. Awkward!

First of all the restaurant was closed as we arrived by plane and taxi and therefore we could not move from the hotel. It should be stipulated on the site that there is no catering on site. Then in addition to being noisy, an unpleasant smell floods the rooms and especially the corridors.

Incomplete breakfast. No milk no fruit or compote. For 12 euros it is extremely limited. Musty smell in the room and hallway. At the restaurant, dinner on the first evening, 2h30 to be served the main course. The hotel deserves a restoration. No place to park.

Great location, decent breakfast, free parking
Aggressive rude manageress who argued bookings price and we had to fight to get a twin room that we had booked because they said they didn't have twins and that we were at fault. Luckily I had printed booking paperwork and proved it but then they blamed booking so I argued back that the photo clearly shows two beds and they still blamed booking.
Then they said they don't always bother reading the notes in booking email so I had asked to reserve the restaurant but didn't respond so assumed booked. We were disappointed when we arrived asthey said restaurant was closed Sundays. So we had to drive to find food.
We then explained we didn't want breakfast because it closed too early we needed good sleep.
At midnight people came in our room because they were also given our room! The night staff had messed up. We finally got sleep but got woken up at 7 am by another staff to ask if we were in right room! Of course that's why we the key. Just about fell after again and maid knocked on door

Customers who book through bouking have the wrong rooms. I tried to change the room but at the reception was cold is directly not.
Very good stay: calm, cleanliness, welcome, location, everything was good. Downside: you can't have breakfast on Sunday morning on the terrace near the lake because the restaurant is closed that day. We did not understand, since the room can be used, why the terrace is prohibited. Too bad especially when you come for a weekend.
Points to improve: shower and no longer bath, traces of rust on the bathroom convector too close to the toilet (urine) Storage instructions for bottle of wine for the next day between 12 and 14 degrees; brought to 20 degrees minimum 😟; a proposal to change it has been made Traces of jam in the breakfast tray 😟 The setting on the Lake side and the calm are very positive sides

Hotel correct, however the pillows need to be changed urgently because they are yellowed and their very foams are falling apart. Preferably for firm models.

Hello, nice welcome, pleasant catering and bedding, just disappointed this morning that the reception asked me to pay for a consumption already paid (after justifying myself by showing the paid bill, I did not pay, still happy!) and then asks me to pay 125 EUROS for a room that your site confirms to me the day before at 102 I find it very unpleasant and unholy especially when everything is in order
Best receptionist I never meet. The Lady was very helpful, kind and always smiling.
The only problem was that there was no fridge in the room.
Despite having reserved this room well in advance with a VALIDATED RESERVATION Ref 12-11263-9117, the hotel on my arrival had NO TRACE OF THIS RESERVATION...!! Fortunately, after two hours of waiting, the Management recognized this misunderstanding and was nevertheless able to accommodate me for the night..!! Why did this problem occur?? Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The premises were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety. The location was beautiful: watching birds on the lake, waterskiers, joggers and dog walkers right from the patio. The restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. Overall, my stay was restful and more than expected.
The rooms are only suitable for a stay of two people, three already lack space. We also had two medium sized dogs and we really struggled. The staff was polite, but I didn't understand why beyond the overnight stay and breakfast (just the essentials) it was not possible to have anything else, not even a bottle of water. Cleaning is good. The only good thing is the location; close to the RER stop to reach the center of Paris and at the same time useful for those traveling with dogs. The restaurant was closed for holidays until 28/8, but it was not indicated on the website. I did not find it up to the consistently high standard of the LOGIS establishments I have visited to date.

Good welcome. Rooms clean but in need of a refresh. No air conditioning in the rooms but a fan is available. Breakfast quite correct.
The location of the hotel is really good: easily accessible from the motorway, quiet location with a beautiful view of the lake. It is a 15 minute walk to the RER station. The rooms are small, clean and everything you need for a short stay is there. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, which we only found out upon arrival, but it wasn't really disappointing given the sober ambience. There are restaurants in the wider area, one of which was definitely closed. We made the quick decision to drive into Paris, 35 minutes to the center, €5 per ticket and route. Breakfast was ok, fresh baguette and croissants but too many pre-packaged items. The coffee is strong! Overall the reception was friendly.

People at reception very helpful. Perfect bedding, room overlooking the lake at the top. Perfect sugar, dirty breakfast, nothing to complain about, Impeccably clean. Around the very pleasant lake Avé possibility of jogging or walking in the morning. A}n restaurant nearby. I do not put 4 for the quality of the hotel because there is no air conditioning, but the hotel provides a fan.. Thank you to the manager for this benevolence. I will come back.

Pleasant hotel. Comfortable bedding. Pleasant breakfast on the terrace facing the lake.
GOOD: contact with the staff could also be done in Romanian, Polish or English. Helpful and courteous reception crew. Plentiful and good breakfast. Those who can do without scrambled or fried eggs (boiled eggs are there) will definitely find something for themselves. Didn't like: the room on the ground floor wasn't aired because there were only old balcony windows without a "tilt function". Ventilation at night is not possible because it faces the street or the lake for risk reasons. After changing rooms on the first floor, there were still no windows with a tilting function, but the window worked well at night (provided the frogs weren't too loud in the evening). The rooms are equipped with bathtubs and a fabric shower curtain in 80's style. Everything clean-shower partition in the bathtub with glass would be more contemporary or even a real shower.

The hotel is well located, on the edge of the lake and the reception is correct but it is in "its own juice" as we say today. it would require a major refresh (paint, carpet, bathroom...). When in the restaurant, it's a disappointment for a Logis de France. Fortunately the bedding is correct and the breakfast is very good.
Decent stay, pity about the parking side rooms which are dark and noisy. Limit all the same because the front of vehicles are 1 m from your French window... Very good breakfast and a very friendly waitress for dinner.
Hotel is at a very nice and beautiful location overlooking the lake. Parking in front is safe and it takes just 15min walking to train station. Beds are very comfortable and we had a good rest and sleep as it is good isolated and quiet. Restaurant is nice and offers enough choices. Things they should improve are: variety of food for breakfast. Although everything was fresh a bit more variety, and amount of offered food can help to improve the impression. One very unpleasant impression is very unpleasant smell in the corridor in front of the rooms. Luckily the smell was not spreading in the room, but the smell in corridor is bad and it a pity for a nice hotel for a very good price at this location.
The key wasn't work all the time had to visit the reception , on the reception usually no one , had to wait 30 minutes.

Pleasant hotel with a view of the lake. Beautiful terrace where you can have a drink and snack while watching people water skiing. I had taken small meat and shrimp turnovers with my drink. Very average for the taste. The cod meatballs very good. The friendly staff and the room very well.
