Superb welcome and very well located hotel but dilapidated rooms and stairwell. No accessibility for people with reduced mobility and above all, work on the two landings which was supposed to start at the end of the morning but which finally started at 8 a.m. No calm and therefore impossible to rest there.

Nous sommes vraiment très contents de nôtre séjour à l'hôtel du cirque. Nous avons eu un accueil des plus chaleureux, la chambre est vraiment incroyable, bien décorée, une literie de qualité... vraiment je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

I put aside the fact that the hotel is under construction. It doesn't affect my assessment. Quite nice welcome. But the rooms are dated, with bathrooms that are not up to par. No pressure in the shower, hot water which arrives after a good 5 minutes (not super eco-friendly) double bed but only 140. Electrical outlets hidden under the bed and poorly fixed. Breakfast at 9 euros really very expensive for 1 croissant, an orange juice and a coffee

Only one small complaint concerns the bedding in bedroom 1 where you can feel the springs.....

let's start with the goods 400 m from the city center it's pleasant, the breakfast correct the least good the small room (15), the tiny bathroom with a huge shower system for such a small shower and darkness in the ferry, parking 107 allocated on arrival at the end of the parking lot, the car stuck against the bushes difficult to get out of there. Fortunately, Troyes is a splendid city to discover or rediscover.

We enjoyed our stay in Troyes. The hotel was very easy to find even though our sat nav took us to the one-way section of the road. We were very pleased that the hotel was so close to the historic centre of the city and we could manage all our sightseeing on foot. We were pleased with the parking arrangements, especially that we could leave the car a little longer on the morning of our departure. The room was good and the beds were comfortable; our only issue was the small bathroom which made it hard for us to manoeuvre around the sink.

A recommended hotel for a stay of several days in Troyes (the city is a must for those interested in art history because of the large number of stained glass windows in the churches) as well as for an overnight stay. There are sufficient, closed parking spaces at the hotel. The city center is within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good.

Very badly soundproofed. Next to the reception and the wooden staircase. The bedroom window overlooks a fairly high wall so no view except for the sky.

For a professional stay, it is ideal. Located not far from the city center (a bit noisy with the window open), we have access to all amenities, restaurant, partner offices. The reception staff is flexible and welcoming facilitating our arrival whatever the time.

A beautiful address, ideally located for visiting the pretty town of Troyes. The family apartment is quiet and very spacious. Pleasant on-site parking. No more room on our arrival although booked in advance but a solution was found with the manager of the hotel and that is the main thing. Hearty breakfast

Good central and quiet location near the old town. Simple hotel but perfectly adequate for 1 night. The bathroom was small but clean, the bed was very comfortable. Very friendly staff, good and cheap breakfast, cheap parking in the courtyard. Price/performance ratio is therefore very good. Bonne situation centrale et calme, proche de la vieille ville. Hotel simple mais suffisant pour une nuit. La salle de bain était petite mais propre, le lit très confortable. Personnel très aimable, bon petit déjeuner et pas cher, places de parking bon marché dans la cour. The report quality/prix est donc très bon.

Hotel très décevant, veillant, avec une isolation phonique inexistante... On entend les gens chuchoter dans le couloir. Je vous laisse donc imaginer le bruit.
Les réparations, enfin le rafistolage, c'est comme ça qu'il faut l'appeler sont ni fait ni à faire. La porte de douche vous tombe presque dessus.
Heureusement, les hôtesses sont agréables et rattrapent la situation (elles ont bien du courage) avec nous plusieurs plaintes de client ce jour-là.
Monsieur Madame les propriétaires, ils seraient d'investir pour remettre en état votre hôtel, ou bien passer à la main
Bref cher visiteur de Troyes, fuyez cet hotel, mais pas la ville qui est très charmante.

An attentive, dynamic and helpful team, nothing to complain about. Nevertheless the establishment is aging, patched up on all sides, badly soundproofed and the bedding completely sagging.

Perfect for a stop over on the way to the mountains.

WiFi very bad!!! Not possible in the bedroom

Good value for money. Reception has improved (young woman at the reception seemed to be annoyed to receive customers, to our question why breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday she remarks: “Otherwise we will clean until noon !” As if the comfort of customers and the last thing to consider).

Corresponds to the price… correct for one night. Room a little small, overlooking a courtyard with opposite. Curtains other than blackout would have been welcome.

The hotel is correct, good reception. You have to book to get a parking space. I was lucky I was able to park across the street from the hotel. The only real downside is the bathroom/WC which is tiny.

Always good for a stay in Troyes. Located not far from the old town, on-site parking, rooms are big enough, everything you need for a few nights is there.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel the family room. Is good value adequate with parking troyes is a great place for a stay over travelling to the south from calais the reception lady was very friendly and helpful made us feel welcome

A plus is the central yet quiet location of the hotel. The hotel makes a somewhat renovation-needy impression. The rooms and bathroom are very small and the quality of the breakfast is below average.

Good hotel at walking distance from the town center

Nice hotel in a good location however I was charged fir the stay despite having already paid in full on the booking.com website, I now have to mess around trying to get a refund. The staff were obviously not very well prepared for our arrival. Needless to say I am not happy about being charged twice and I want my money back.

très déçus! réservation faite pour un appartement familial.Tout d'abord, il n'est indiqué nul part que la chambre est située en dehors de l'établissement hôtelier et que l'appartement se trouve dans un immeuble d'habitation de type HLM. Le mobilier, la décoration, les matériaux et les finitions sont de mauvaise qualité. Equipements de base manquants pour un appartement (pas de cafetière, de torchons...), ménage minimum et prises électriques ressorties... je pourrais encore lister de nombreux problèmes... Le seul atout est la proximité du centre ville et rien à redire sur l'accueil. Je ne comprends pas la note de 8/10 qui m'a fait réserver dans l'établissement. En creusant un peu, beaucoup d'avis rejoignent le mien. Un conseil, réagissez si vous voulez perdurer!

The rented garage was narrow and the forecourt to the garage was also narrow. You often had to crank and reset several times to get into the narrow garage. A motorcyclist had direct access to the garage he had rented!

The floor in the room was not straight. Further was the closet build that one side was against the wall, so not much room. The shower was very good, the bed was great and staff was very friendly.

Excellent hotel, very pleasant welcome and perfect breakfast. The room is more than magnificent, modern, it looks like a small studio because there is a small kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and a pod coffee maker. Very calm to recommend without moderation!!!
