Chambre tres tres simple, et dingue. madame n’est pas tres chantie, restaurant ferme, n’est pas indique a internet.

It was calm, except the infrequent train noise, spacious and clean room. Excellent shelter for our bicycle.
Hotel in an old-fashioned style despite refurbished rooms. The +: large room, very comfortable bed, new bathroom, breakfast chosen the day before which avoids waste The -: clearly the reception that lacks a smile and warmth, essential elements in a hotel!!! The decor / furniture of the rooms as the breakfast room outdated as possible. On the other hand for one night it is a good value for money so I recommend.

Merci de nous donner la parole et de nous permettre de « juger » notre expérience client. En tant que responsable de l’expérience client et des opérations pour un organisme bancaire je trouve en effet important de donner la parole au client dans un but unique d’amélioration.
Nous voyageons beaucoup et rare sont les fois où nous sommes déçus car nous nous portons beaucoup f’attention aux bonjours, aux sourires etc alors qu’elle ne fut pas notre déception !!
1) nous avions préféré pour une fois lors d’une étape de transition choisir un hôtel en dehors des axes routiers et des chaînes hôtelières bien connues quitte à mettre un peu plus (€)
Chambre Lavande
1. nous avons donc été étonné pour le prix de ne pas trouver de climatisation (surtout dans cette période de canicule) mais bref c’est notre faute car nous n’avions pas lu !!!
2. En revanche pas informé que l’hôtel entier proche d’une ligne de chemin de fer (train en pleine nuit)
3. La propreté de la chambre était plus que douteuse, joints de douche, tartre couleur marron dans les toilettes au fond de cuvette, araignée tuée devant nous lors de l’ouverture de la chambre
4. A l’arrivée à l’hôtel c’est nous qui avons dit bonjour et avons du attendre 20 secondes que la personne d’accueil veuille bien lever les yeux pour répondre à notre bonjour (et nous tendre une fiche pour le petit dej et nous dire qu’on lui devait 1,50€ pour les taxes locales) - quel accueil !
5. nous venions d’aligner environ 1000 km - nous avons souhaité dîner à l’hôtel - cela semblait embêter la personne mais surtout des tarifs élevés par rapport à la prestation (les ravioles au St Jacques - nous cherchons encore les St Jacques perdus dans des ravioles ) et une salade bonne mais minuscule en quantité - idem pour mon plat de résistance …. Au Luxembourg, Pour le même prix et pour un pays réputé cher, nous mangeons en qualité et en double quantité.
6. Le pire, je pense dans tout ça était que nous devions prendre le petit déjeuner vers 8:00 mais en descendant à 7:50 pour charger la voiture nous avons remarqué que nous etions entièrement bloqués et enfermés dans l’hôtel les accès aux chambres devant s’effectuer par la salle du petit -dej et la porte fermée à double tour. J’ai du attendre 2-3 minutes pour me voir ouvrir cet accès et entrendre au loin « oui c’est bon » et sans un bonjour, sans un regard —> en cas d’incendie sécurité zéro !!!
Les 2 seuls points positifs étaient le petit déjeuner (mais limité à ce que nous avions commandé la veille) - dixit la patronne « pour faire des économies et éviter le gaspillage » et le parking devant l’hôtel.
Bref la prochaine fois, je me cantonnerai à choisir un Kyriad en bord d’autoroute à 55€ et pas un hôtel comme celui-ci à 90euros où l’amabilité, le sourire, la propreté et la sécurité ne sont pas présents.
