Hôtel vieillot très sale radiateur tombant porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionne pas matelas extrêmement sale dégoûtant ne donne pas envie de dormir dedans odeur désagréable

Welcoming, good lunch, good meal, good bed, poorly placed TV but overall it was good for a short stay

Evening stopovers with excellent value for money, rooms a little outdated but quality catering on a business trip does the trick.

The hotel can be recommended. The rooms are small but very clean... with correspondingly modest prices, particularly for this region which benefits from the aura of Mont-Saint-Michel. The sanitary facilities are flawless. The welcome and the service, this one very attentive, are smiling and pleasant. The menus (14.90 and 19.90 €) are quite adequate. We are all the more surprised that on other booking sites the ratings given can appear relatively low. Perhaps the size of the television in the room is the cause, perhaps the only point that leaves something to be desired? For me who travels a lot, this establishment on the contrary holds its rank very well. In short, overall, in its category, a good choice that we won't have to regret.

Very nice home. Very attentive staff. Basic but comfortable rooms. Very decent restaurant with hearty meals and excellent value for money.

Lots of damage, dirty, run down, old, noisy. Supporting photos...too bad I can't share them because it's worth it!!!!

Would you like a review from me? I don't have the right words at the moment:
- dirty mattresses (with blood and the like).
stains due to excretions)
- Missing slats in the slatted frames
- You can vacuum the dirt between the mattress and mattress protector
- I'm not even talking about the very unpleasant smell in the house
- If you like sleeping with bed bugs and other critters or want to harm your guests, this is not for me
The right word for the hotel? Disgusting, dangerous to health.
Cancellation after the tour was suggested by the hotel management with the words, there are bed bugs in other hotels too and yes, so many guests cancel - why - that's why we don't allow cancellations

Hotel with good value for money. Friendly welcome.

The rooms are old looking. The batteries in the TV remote are held together by tape and the shower door won't stay closed. There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom.

Very simple hotel, with dated rooms and furniture but with very helpful staff and good breakfast. It is in the centre, in a beautiful town. You breathe the real French air.

Room and dilapidated hotel, Lots of work to be done in the corridors, the bedroom and the bathroom. A lingering damp, musty and musty smell

Establishment to avoid urgently! Room number 7 is infested with bed bugs. I stayed there from July 29 to 30, 2023, and came back with bites all over my body. Several days later, these stings are still extremely painful, disabling and force me to undergo basic treatment. Obviously, Logis Hôtel can't do anything about it and the Hôtel de la Tour Brette turns a deaf ear to my complaints.

Welcome from the owner. Bedding, toilet and bathroom clean. Room and establishment not renovated, dilapidated, just CLEAN (radiator unhooked, curtain that barely holds ...) No soundproofing. Overall condition: year 1970 Very surprised that this Establishment is 2 stars and listed Logis de France.. .

Old. Needs a freshen up

Clean but Basic room without AC and elevator. Shower door needs to be fixed. If you just need a place to sleep overnight then it is ok. However, the owner and restaurant staff are very nice. The food at restaurant were very good with really reasonable price.

On the positive side the restaurant was good, the bed very comfortable and the personnel were very helpful. It did seem that the hotel was in need of overall redecoration and there were signs that repairs were outstanding. There was no direct hotel parking and whilst street parking was available, proximity to hotel may be an issue in peak periods. Overall - Not perfect, a lot of potential, currently a little tired, but certainly satisfactory for comfort and food as well as convenience for the Ferry terminal at St Malo.

Very good stay, warm welcome. Clean room and comfortable bed, excellent value for money. Please note that the rooms are accessible via a steep and high staircase, avoid if you have difficulty walking.

Hotel very well located, easy to access and very friendly welcome. Very comfortable bedding. Equipment worthy of a 2 star, very reasonable prices.

Of course the price is low. But it needs a big refresh (deco and furniture)!!!! reception is fine. for the price you can not ask for luxury. Meals and breakfast met my expectations.

This establishment does not correspond at all to the various other establishments of the Logis Hôtel group. I remain very disappointed with this experience.

The staff is impressively kind, smiling, helpful and very friendly. The room lacks a bit of modernity but is very clean and functional for spending the night there. I recommend 100% this hotel which is also ideally located.

Everything is to be reviewed. Overall dilapidated. Shower very dirty and the doors holding with an iron hook. Sockets are not protected. Bedding to review because dirty mattress etc...

Las escaleras , pasillos y puerta hacen que el hotel parezca antiguo, pero las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas. Todo está limpio. Nos explicaron poco como podíamos a la habitación una vez ya habíanos dejado las cosas en la habitación. El horario de entrada es muy reducido. Dan poca información sobre el bar y lo que incluye el desayuno

Very warm welcome, but the layout of our room (although clean) is out of breath: 80s decor, "toaster" radiators with traces of rust for the one in the bathroom, ceiling light in the bathroom. porthole-type bath for cellar or garage, shower in the form of a plastic cabin, etc. A major refreshment is more than necessary.

Le séjour s'est bien passé, le responsable de l'hôtel est disponible et arrangeant, le restaurant est un plus et on y mange bien. Les lits sont confortables.
Les seuls bémols sont l'exiguïté de la chambres qui limite l'accès aux prises électriques et de mobilité, ainsi que la wifi trop faible pour un ordinateur, mais suffisante pour les téléphones.

Very good reception and very good service on the catering side since we had the 1/2 board formula with very caring staff. Regarding accommodation, good bedding. ¨On the other hand, rather defective bathroom equipment and room in need of renovation.
