Having used Logis hotels in the past we are familiar with the brand..Usually a Logis hotel is our final destination on this occasion it was a stopover. The room allocated was at the front of the hotel. The hotel is on a very busy road junction, the traffic noise was unbearable with the windows open. As we were staying overnight September 21 we asked if we could have a quieter room. We were told there were non available, Car parking is also an issue The hotel does not have a dedicated car park and the public car park was full, alternative car parking given to us by the receptionist was scant. On a positive note our room was fine, our dinner was very good. Unfortunately we have cancelled our return stay at the hotel. The low point for us was the unhelpful attitude of staff.
