Comfortable and excellent food. Why do double rooms in hotels only have one chair!?
A beautiful little hotel ideally situated to explore Roscoff, with free parking and a few minutes drive away from the ferry terminal.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Small room. Old bathroom with small, dangerous bathtub.
Positive points: good location, quiet, and superb view of the port; The staff is very friendly and efficient. The bed is very comfortable. Negative points: Breakfast is minimalist, not good; the breakfast room is very small. The bathroom door didn't close. Smell of damp in the room.

The hotel is clean and very well located with a sea view. But the disappointment when I arrived in my room - dated room! Bridge bed repainted several times - carpet on the floor. However, the room was clean. The hotel as a whole is quite noisy and needs updating. Benefit too high 99 € for one night one person.

Small family hotel, very well located by the sea, warm welcome and atmosphere.
Excellent and ideally placed for us. We’d just arrived by car ferry early in the morning and they served us breakfast even though we weren’t booked in until later in the day.
We really appreciated the location of the hotel, the magnificent view of the sea, the simple but efficient layout of the rooms, and the somewhat old-fashioned feel!

Nothing to say about the room, but very disappointed with the quality of the breakfast (croissant, baguette, a single industrial jam). We stayed in 6 different Logis this summer, all of them offering a generous, varied buffet with quality products for only 2 to 3 € more. The quality of the breakfast greatly contributes to the level of satisfaction, and the Hotel Bellevue must improve its service.

Knew the hotel, somewhat weirdly as the Logis in our French village has one, had no restaurant but to have no bar was a significant miss as far as we were concerned, especially as there is a nice courtyard where customers could atch the sunset with a relaxing drink if there was one. In addition the supply of hot water to the rooms seems a bit bizarre, as in there's none until the morning. Oh and no milk for the tea and coffee in the room.
This is our 3rd stay at the Bellevue. It is very good and is convenientfor the Ferry Port.There is lsome parking available on sire and more opposite the Hotel

Pleasant welcome. Hotel well located near the old port, and facing the sea Very clean room and bathroom Breakfast room facing the sea If we have to stay again in the area, without hesitation, we will come back to this hotel.
Stayed a few times before and it is just as good as the first time we stayed. Clean, good value, made to feel welcome. It is easy access to ferry port and within walking distance of Roscoff and lovely sea view
For this price I expect crockery cups for the tea, more than one teabag/coffee per person, milk in room, the kettle had what looked like a small amount of Milk in it! The sink was almost blocked, and the shower ran cold after a short while. View was good over the harbour but with the service not worth the price. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.
It was very noisy until 2am in the morning!
Really well located hotel, close to port and town centre; lovely sea views from room. Staff very welcoming and friendly throughout the stay, and all areas very clean. Accommodation simple but well presented and very good mattresses. Good value and will definitely return.
Basic but clean and a great location.
We have stayed at Bellevue on many occasions on our trips to France. Comfortable rooms, very close to the ferry port, and good value. On this occasion we travelled from the UK on the night ferry, we called at Bellevue for breakfast and asked when our room would be available and was told in 1 hour.

Magnificent sea view location. Small room with the minimum and very small bathroom, everything is very narrow, the toilets are grinder sany and make a noise. The breakfast is very simple. It's fine for one night.

A super hotel in a great location with a fabulous view. Service was excellent. The decor is probably due for a bit of a refresh and the food was OK but nothing special (but loads of good restaurants nearby in Concarneau). We really enjoyed staying at l'ocean hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

This is a long-time favourite - an older-style 2 star Logis, in a great location (still love the sea views), that works for ferry access and for the town and beyond. It's nothing flash but it's clean, comfortable and a good price. I like the staff (particularly the older lady on reception) - no idea if anyone speaks English but they are happy to chat in French.

Great for a 1 night stop. However walls are extremely thin, could hear everything next door. Also we had tea/coffee facilities but no milk.
Restaurant downstairs not child friendly, they wouldn’t accept us 2 adults and a 3 year old. Told us they were full but we looked back in there after finally finding somewhere to eat and they weren’t. Rude of them to not be honest.
An inexpensive hotel, close to the Brittany Ferries terminal, with great views from the bedroom & dining room windows. Friendly & professional service. But no hot water in the room mid afternoon, and when it came on in the evening, the shower didn’t work. Anyone very overweight won’t fit on the toilet.
