This hotel ! We were surprised by the quality, equipment and cleanliness of the 3 rooms we had. The very friendly welcome and service and the breakfast worthy of the greatest. Only one downside, they are missing a star. In fact, we visit around fifteen hotels per year and this one deserves to obtain 4 stars. Finally, access to the center of Colmar is very quick, which doesn't spoil anything. Free parking, it's perfect.

Excellent as always! 2nd time I come for the professional. Warm welcome, kindness, all the staff are smiling and attentive. The quality of the rooms is top notch, very pleasant spa and swimming pool. Copious and varied breakfast, nice touches from the managers. Evening meals are of high quality with fresh, local produce. I would come back and recommend without hesitation 😍

A hotel without any false note, clean, tidy with impeccable rooms. A quality Alsatian table, a know-how that must be shared the restaurant was full this Tuesday evening. Despite an early departure, a coffee is offered, the buffet is already accessible. The ideal place to stop over in this region, well done.
Very good value for money in the evening stopover. I highly recommend this establishment, welcoming staff, very nice room and the same for the catering. I will stay there again without hesitation on my next visit.

A beautiful establishment nestled in a pretty, typically Alsatian village, quiet, the cuisine is of high quality and the breakfast buffet is just huge, congratulations to the whole team.
Good bedding, comfortable family hotel, good breakfast, good meal but disappointment with the sauerkraut. Only downside jaccuzi out of order and request for supplement to access the sauna hammam

I am often in Alsace on the move for professional reasons. A very disappointing experience for this establishment that I do not recommend. I call at 1:16 p.m. to find out if I can come for lunch because I have a stopover evening (it is offered on the Logis site "Breakfast + lunch or dinner included") the owner dt me with an unpleasant tone Mr. is a stopover so in the evening I tell him what is specified on the site "lunch or dinner included", he answers me it is the 1st time that I have been asked that always with this contemptuous tone towards a customer who asks a different service. In the evening when I arrived at the hotel, I was challenged by the owner, as aggressive as her husband, who said to me "you are the one who called my husband, I answer him yes, I reformulate him that this is what is branded on the site, she answers me it is not possible I tell her that it is marked on the Logis site, show it? I told her that as soon as I am installed I will show her, she takes me to my room, she tells me if you don't want to stay don't worry I answer her that it's a shame that I can't cancel the room before I arrive because on the Logis site it says that -48h no cancellation possible so I the guard - she answers me I do not retain anyone and I do not practice this annotation on the site "she cancels without deduction" but it is 7:30 p.m. I did not see myself looking for a hotel especially since I had an appointment, she I find the annotation on the site, I take my PC, I go back to reception to show her, she tells me it's not we who noted this is the central Logis, there comes the girl who tells me it's not possible when I show her I do not practice her prices there!! I go up the page on my pc with the address of the hotel I tell him it's your name and address of the hotel!! no answer, from there the husband arrives (we don't feel cornered), I show him he tells me it's not us ditto I scroll again the page with the name and address of the hotel then show him also the annotation "Breakfast + lunch or dinner included" of the he answers me you called at 2 p.m. I will not have served you we no longer serve at this time unfortunately I called him at 1:16 p.m. I tell the owner that I know the lodgings well (because she puts the Logis at fault in her remarks) I give her the name of the president, she answers me, I don't care. I made copies of all the things that I say in this mail even the hour of call of my telephone. I am so disappointed with this hotel that the next day I forgot to present my Logis card. It is on that I would not advertise this hotel to my fellow representatives / commercial
