Accueil agréable et bonne table au restaurant !
La formule "nuit étape professionnelle" est intéressante, je reviendrai.
Everything was right and it would had been perfect if the hotel shuttle had taken us to the airport as it was the most important reason I chose it due to the shuttle to the airport which cost 15 euro, at the end the person in charge couldn't take us as he has other activities and called us a taxi which was double of the cost originally planned. I don't know what is more important than customer service.
Breakfast is very basic.
No one from either Logis or yourself will get back to me or provide me with an explanation.
I have been trying for days to say that the wrong days were booked. The money was taken directly and I was not able to cancel in time. You even charged for the dogs and we were not even there. Shocking. I need to speak with some urgently.

No heating in the room and when we ask at reception, we are told that sleeping in an unheated room is good for your health. !!!!! 100 euros per night for an unheated room unacceptable.

An ordinary hotel in which it is pleasant to stop to eat and sleep
Mediocre, especially for a *** cozy gourmand. Evening stopovers are set up separately in the restaurant...on a table shared with other hotel guests. There is no sense of joy among the hotel and restaurant employees. The room's facilities are: an entry-level and small bed, a desk, a TV...nothing to put your bag in, no bottle of water...the shower room overlooked... and the HS shutter, also a malfunctioning faucet as well as an HS socket in the room (fortunately, there were two). In short, I advise against it.
A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday but the hotel does offer a set menu. It was okay. Otherwise hotel is basic but comfortable and whilst the dog was lovely , not sure we appreciated it in the breakfast room looking for food.
Excellent, easy to reach hotel. We used it for the return trip from Italy. Everything was neatly arranged and the hotel restaurant is highly recommended. It added luster to our last day of holiday.
The hotel is beautiful and clean. Nice room too, always clean. On the other hand, the breakfast is "poor" even though the hotel claims to be 3 stars (displayed at the entrance): not even the possibility of making a boiled or hard-boiled egg, no applesauce. The coffee machine is nice but it's the same as in BB hotels (Mulhouse for example). So, a very big point for reflection and improvement to consider on the breakfast proposal. Nothing to say about the rest (I just had room and breakfast on the night of September 18/19)
We have stayed in Au Lion Rouge several times before and have always had a warm welcome in a comfortable, spotless environment.
The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food in the restaurant is exceptional.
On a practical side it is very close to the autostrada and 10 minutes from the Swiss border.
We appreciated the large, very clean and well-equipped room with a large shower and separate toilet, a downside however for the faulty television screen (white spots on the image) and the bathroom linen (only one bath sheet). for two people). The restaurant is friendly and the breakfasts are well provided. We highly recommend.
I really enjoyed being there. Was treated very well, almost looked after.
Nothing to say about the staff. On the other hand, management applies anti-commercial rules that are very difficult to tolerate, especially since they are not clear about the conditions. I paid full price for an evening stopover: room + breakfast + meals at full price so the reservation was made (after validation by telephone the same morning) for the evening stopover. That’s at least €30 more…
The room could be modernized
At the gates of Basikea, on the way home. Large room with more than adequate space, clean, free parking. We had dinner from a fixed menu, simple and good quality cuisine. To be recommended.

Super nice hotel. However, the owners /staff were on vacation. Someone was there to hand over the key, but nothing else. Bar, restaurant and wellness all closed!

There was a very loud party 30th of june in the evening, close to the hotel. This kept us awake and I think they should have put us on the other side of the building.

Home sucks! We didn't get a hello from the boss, nor even an exploitation of the hotel, sauna, breakfast schedule… Never felt such a cold welcome! We even felt like we weren't welcome...

Clean room. Even if I found that the decoration was not very young and the bathroom not very modern. The staff are friendly, the food very good. Well located and above all you feel safe. I will go back there. In addition there is a parking lot.

The reception is good. The location too, chosen for the proximity to the airport (by the way, we can hear the planes passing by!!) But hey, the most annoying thing was the pillowcases or pillows themselves, which were not very clean and smelled perspiration, to the point of having to spray them with eau de toilette!! On the other hand, I don't know if it's a general or particular problem with our room, but all night long there was a sound of water dripping!! This is why in the end, the note is not very good.

En el hotel había una “fiesta” con unas 5 personas con música en una sala, la cual duró hasta pasada la medianoche. El ruido en la habitación era insoportable. Apenas pudimos dormir. Y teniendo en cuenta que la hora de salida del hotel es antes de las 10h, tampoco descansamos. Para colmo la ventana del baño está mal sellada y entra mucho frío lo que hace imposible tener caliente la habitación. No volveré a este hotel
Very clean and spacey, good position and value for money. Breakfast could be better with more choice (there were no eggs for example).
There was also an annoying dog roaming around the breakfast room.
Close to the airport, the Red Lion is both practical, rational in terms of organization and pleasant in terms of the welcome you receive there. The quality of the dishes obliges you to enjoy a tasty and friendly table.

Nice Logis de France hotel with easy access, high comfort and tasteful dining.

The room was very basic but nevertheless very clean. There was only a bath with a shower attachment but no shower curtain or anywhere to hold the shower head. This made it difficult to have a quick wash without flooding the bathroom.
Restaurant was very good and the service was good as well.
