J’ai été déçu dé l’hôtel par rapport au prix dommage d’avoir par été prévu des travaux, pour le prix je trouve ça exercice et la chambre est pas extra par rapport au prix et pour le spa un supplément est demandé très déçu

Très belle expérience. L'hôtel est refait avec goût et nous avons pleinement profité du jacuzzi sur les toits face a la mer. L'accueil est juste parfait

Personnel très professionnel, aimable et accueillant. Petit déjeuner vraiment très bien.

Chambre très propre ! Le personnel est très sympathique et à l’écoute de ses clients. L’espace détente récemment terminé est top également. Nous avons eu une super bonne expérience.

Great hotel, super big room! Great welcome however for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom it was not very well cleaned making one wonder if it had really been washed before our arrival. The team was warm and the breakfast (unlimited €15 per person) was to our liking quite high for the choice there was. Paid parking 16€ per night a little expensive for one night

Small room with toilet on a balcony, very dirty reversible air conditioning. TV remote control not working due to oxidizing batteries. the box of tissues offered was empty like the shampoo dispenser in the shower. We booked to enjoy the spa but when we arrived we were told that it was closed for renovation. Not specified on the reservation site! Breakfast a little expensive for the buffet offered (15€). And poorly insulated room phonetically. We have room 14.

Simply awful! For a 3 star, we were accommodated in a room that looked more like a broom closet! No storage for personal belongings, very noisy hotel (a lot of scooters go by in the street, music, people who speak loudly from 1 a.m. to about 4 a.m.), poorly insulated, disgusting smell in the bathroom, when we sit on the toilets, it's simple, we have our heads in the wall given the available space ... Not to mention that the blind on the window was broken and that we could only open the window halfway, no air conditioning also The only point positive is its geographical location, 200m from the beach if I may say so. Pleasant and very accommodating staff. On the other hand, some rooms (notably the privilege room with a pink sea view) deserve a freshening up because they are very aging and the tapestry is peeling off.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the room is correct, the shower is very, very small, a small fridge would have been a real plus. The location is beautiful no need for bus or car beach restaurants barely 4 minutes from the hotel. The train station isn't too far either. Remember to take an extension cord to charge your laptops.

Room too isolated in the maintenance rooms so from 8:30 a.m. maintenance personnel pass below the parking lot dark and noisy room And the price of this room is very high because of its location, it's a shame...

the welcome was deplorable, the person at the reception refused to let me leave my vehicle for 5 minutes in the parking lot during check-in, forced me to reload my vehicle with my luggage, find a place, walk 2km with my luggage to finally get my key. the room is dilapidated, dirty and leaks everywhere (toilet, air conditioning, sink, shower, I have rarely seen such dilapidated plumbing.) Lack of hot water (non-existent shower faucet) in the bathroom and more than reception after 7:30 p.m. No light in the toilets and little place to sit. the air conditioning guzzled all night and finally, around 4am someone tried to break into my room.. I find it hard to believe that it is a 3 star. Run away !

Personally, I had no problem. The staff is great and cares about the customers. We enjoyed the hotel services in peace and quiet. I recommend. Thanks again

No air conditioning even though it wasn't noted air conditioning, living cockroach when I woke up in the bed with a photo to back it up. Toilet door does not lock at all or even close at all. Horrible location of the hotel, too much noise outside: car, scooter, neighborhood, etc. We didn't sleep all night. Just the perfect breakfast.

Honestly, at €150 a night in a privilege room with a balcony, that's abuse. It's a cajibi painted pink. A tiny room, a tiny bathroom, let's not talk about the shower, 50cm wide. Aging decoration, very badly soundproofed rooms as noisy as a formula 1. The breakfast at 15€ is really meager, and the orange juice is hot. A 3 star hotel, my god it is worth 1 and more. Its only strong points are that it is well located near the sea, it is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast room is sublime, that's all. We have a much higher quality of accommodation with a room at 45€ in an ibis. In addition, you still have to go to the cash register to use the jacuzzi which is great but you have to book a session to have access to it to supposedly preserve your privacy, except that all the hotel comes there to smoke. Frankly the hotel overall is really low end. The price of the rooms is simply theft. You could also hear people complaining in the corridors complaining of the same things. I think the good comments are posted by the owners of the hotel themselves because it is impossible otherwise. Yet we are not difficult but this is clearly abuse.

Horrible, deplorable cleanliness, toilet already used when we arrived, hair in the bed, mold in the bathroom. When we arrived at 9:30 p.m., a CUSTOMER and I should specify a customer had the keys to our room, obviously this one had already been to visit the premises… From 6 a.m. there were friction noises in the shower, noises from hair dryers and the like. At 7 a.m. someone tried to enter our room. After an explanation with the receptionist, this one tells us that this is normal because it is an old hotel. But cleanliness is the minimum.

We are a couple…both 85 years old…no help offered: heavy suitcases and very steep stairs to go up from the car park. On the 1st morning we went down at 9:20 a.m. for breakfast (normally served until 10 a.m.! Greeted coldly by the person on duty by "but, we started to clear"! So very little choice! In our room: kettle which didn't work, as well as the spotlights above the bed.

The location is ideal, the welcome is very good, the breakfast varied and plentiful, the bedding comfortable. On the other hand, the hotel is aging, poorly maintained, we even found a used child's diaper in our room under a piece of furniture that was still visible. The photos on the site are very flattering compared to reality.

An excellent weekend in this establishment which offers, in addition to quality accommodation, a perfect location close to the beach and the town centre. Very significant in this weekend of festivities where we left the car in the parking lot. The possibility of parking adds value to the hotel. To do again and to recommend.

I had requested 2 connecting rooms. In response, I received an email telling me that my request had been accepted. When collecting the keys from the hotel, we had 2 rooms on different floors. I told the receptionist that I didn't understand because my request for a connecting room had been accepted. He replied that if I was not happy I had only to look for another hotel. We were on a Friday evening, we were with 2 children, we could not take the risk of sleeping in the car 400 km from home. I think this gentleman knew that we were in no position to refuse, I find this way of treating customers shocking.

Idéal location two minutes from the seafront and ideal as a base to see the town. The room was small but very clean and functional and only needed for sleeping or a shower or change of clothes. Helpful staff and plentiful breakfast. If you wanted a ‘home from home’ then probably not for you.

Our stay went very well. The staff is caring and very welcoming. The only downside is the bathroom and toilet. It is reached by the stairs in the room not very practical and the toilets are narrow. But not all rooms are like that. The big plus was the air conditioning in the room, very pleasant especially with this heat wave. We won't be going back.

The hotel itself deserves its 3 stars as long as you haven't seen the rooms and especially the toilets The team is great even if the reception is non-existent after 8 p.m. The bedding is of good quality but the toilets are appalling ( as if I had made them myself, I who suck at DIY) For some rooms, like number 15, the "toilets" are in a recess in the outdoor patio for an area of less than one m3, which is an absolute scandal since it is impossible to sit there if your height is greater than 1m55 I pass over the clogged sink The breakfast is quite correct and the jacuzzi on the roof is appreciable but the whole thing deserves a good refreshment, even a complete one restructuring The hotel is nice but the quality of accommodation is not even worth a star For my part, I will not return

My god the Vendée and Les Sables d Olonne are losing their charm with hoteliers outside the departments. Ideal location to take advantage of Les Sables d'Olonne, (beach, tourism, shops, restaurant…), the establishment remains old despite an attempt at renovation, but the very pleasant welcome compensates.

I left a Google review about it: We spent one night in the hotel this weekend. We had a room on the street side and we were disappointed with the room service. I don't think this hotel deserves the 3 stars as it is rated. The room in our opinion was not decorated, the shower had a foul smell in addition to a broken mechanism, air conditioning that leaked but which has the merit of existing, no phinic insulation of the rooms, staff not very welcoming and cordial . However, we were massaged by a young woman and her performance would be worth a 5 out of 5. I recommend that you go to this hotel only for the massages.

A very expensive hotel compared to the quality of the rooms which are outdated and very poorly soundproofed. We talk about balneo shower when it is just a small additional jet that does not massage. Mattress ok but pillows worn and very soft. Friendly staff. We pay for the location which is certainly good but it is not at the level of a 3 star in my opinion.

Very welcoming and pleasant stay

We had taken the weekendesk pack with a duo treatment, one night, one breakfast, and unlimited access to the wellness area. Outside, we had to take turns doing the massage because the masseuse was alone. As for access to the spa in which the jacuzzi was included, the person at the reception told us that if we wanted to have access to it we still have to pay. The hotel car park is also payable. The hotel room which is not soundproof at all, we heard everything that was happening in the hotel. No shutters on the windows either, very unpleasant for people who can't stand daylight to fall asleep. Mattress not at all comfortable. Not even a bottle of water in the room despite it being 40 degrees outside. A very unpleasant smell in the shower. Only one socket next to the bed. In addition, the first person who greeted us told us that we could leave the next day from our room no later than 3 p.m. However when we came to return the keys at 2 p.m., the second person was very unpleasant and haughty because supposedly it was much earlier than we should have left.

I took the formula with parking at 16 € I could only use it for two hours because when I returned at 11 p.m. there was no more space I reported it when I left no commercial approach was taken was carried out and I really had the impression of disturbing the person at the reception on the other hand the rooms are cramped and without air conditioning

The expected service is by appointment in terms of rooms and location. The breakfast would be the only downside, for a price of 15 euros we expect something else, usually for this type of breakfast the prices do not exceed 10 euros.

Charming and friendly old hotel, quiet and near the embankment. Comfortable room but some problems in the bathroom (shower mechanism not obvious, clogged sink and badly placed tap). The sound insulation between the rooms is not perfect.

Excellent welcome on my arrival, the meal taken outside in a really excellent partner restaurant and a very generous breakfast with fresh products. Proximity to the beach is a real plus for relaxing.

Very clean and charming hotel. Very comfortable bedding. It is very well located (200 m from the seafront) and has private parking (€16/day) which we do not regret having used given the central location of the establishment. Very varied and quality breakfast in a dining room with an old-fashioned charm, very well appointed. We loved our stay. I highly recommend and will definitely go back 😍

Hotel to avoid absolutely, everything is negative. The bedroom is tiny, the bed is glued to the wall in the hallway opposite the stairs. the bathroom is not very functional. the TV is gigantic but is in front of a wall and does not turn!!! The breakfast for 15€ you have four quarters under vacuum and packaged rusks everything has to be redone in this hotel!!!
