A treasure of quality and hospitality at the foot of the Vosges!
During our reservation on the Internet it was well stipulated continental breakfast whereas this was not the case. The shower head was leaking as well as the shower screen. Bottles of water were available free of charge in the fridge in the lobby, but the only downside was that they were filled with tap water. Apart from that the stay went very well and the hotel is very beautiful and well placed
It gave the impression that no one really cares about everything anymore. Everything had - perhaps due to the pandemic - stopped in time. However, the contact persons were friendly and tried hard.
Spacious room, a bit old-fashioned but that didn't bother us. The mattress cover kept coming loose - was actually too small - this was unpleasant.
Small structure, welcoming, huy size and above all very quiet.
The reception and the availability of the management is Top, the service and the quality of service is remarkable. small flat on the aging side of the room and on the supply of shower gel which was absent.
No reception, sweets in the room eaten with empty wrapping paper in a cup, hair on the floor in the toilets, no wifi codes available forced to call the landlords
