Loved the hotel, very “ old worlds” on the outside and very up to date on the inside.
This hotel is in a small town with very little going in. A visit to l’Eglise Notre Dame de Celles is a must though. It is right across from the hotel. There is one very good reason to visit this hotel and that is for the restaurant. I would drive out of my way to go back. The food is exceptional and it was by far the best meal we had anywhere on our trip - 10/10 to the Chef Team for fantastic cuisine and the young waiting staff who were so professional. Our room was small but adequate.

Comfortable bed. Apart from that, the stay remains negative: bedroom overlooking the terrace (noise nuisance), poor sound insulation, cleaning is done in a rough way since on the baseboards, behind the bedside tables and between the wall and the sink a lot of dust and cobwebs. The managers must be aware because when you return the keys to your room, you are not asked if your stay went well.

Prohibitive breakfast in the room In the absence of staff on 14/7, service only offered in the room Options of choice not respected with oversights (fruit juice, compote, eggs, and knife to spread the butter!), although noted on the transmission form Royally commercial offer: €12 for breakfast instead of €16 As for the room: review the closing of the front door, which is noisy and poorly wedged; warn during restaurant / barbecue evenings: when you leave your windows open (summer period), it is not very pleasant to enter a smoke sauna flavored with cooking meat…
The modernisation of the hotel, whilst creating a comfortable and modern hotel has removed any semblance of the building's history.
In the room, there was no information whatsoever about the hotel and its amenities. We were expected to download an electronic concierge which we found very unhelpful, simply being a repeat of the website.
The very modern lighting controls were extremely complicated and not user friendly. For instance, it was impossible to leave on a light in the toilet overnight, sometimes essential in a strange room, without also leaving on a light above the bed.
The air conditioning was also very difficult to control accurately.
We felt, on the whole, the room was a triumph of design over function.

Charming hotel with a warm welcome. The restaurant is also to be recommended
We stayed at this Logis en route to stay with family at Christmas. The welcome was warm (on a dank cold day) and the accommodation comfortable. The dinner menu was interesting and tasty and we enjoyed our stay.
Excellent welcome with a smile. Simple evening menu, but well cooked and prepared. And real cheese for breakfast, no "standard cheeses in plastic", well done!

A very nice hotel located in a charming square. The manager welcomed us very well and was very accommodating by advancing the Check in time to allow us to take possession of the room before going to a wedding. I highly recommend !

Rooms a bit dated but the excellent table nicely compensates for this
When you are on a stopover, you are accommodated under the roof (even if you have reserved 1 month in advance). Fortunately, I was allocated another room that is easier to access and more spacious. The stopover evening meal is poor compared to what is offered on the menu both in terms of presentation and quality! Too bad there is such a difference in consideration. Very disapointed
