Apres un accueil agreable par le patron, on emprunte les escaliers et le couloir dont la deco est surprenante et atypique. Ca me plait. Arrivee dans la chambre qui est propre, grande TV et bonne literie. Petite attention tres appreciable, un chauffage electrique est mis a disposition. La salle de bain est correcte, equipee d'une douche qui fonctionne bien.
Le repas du soir est bon et suffisamment copieux pour moi, mais il n'y a aucun choix.
Le petit dejeuner est un buffet dont les produits sont de bonne qualite et le choix au meme niveau que les autres, c'est a dire "a la francaise".
Les points qui pechent:
- pas de parking
- il faut payer a l'arrivee, donc en soiree etape cela exclu de prendre une consommation lors du repas du soir. Dommage mais finalement ce n'est pas plus mal pour la sante
- pas de grasse matinee, on est en face de la gare donc vers 7h00 ca commence a s'agiter.
En synthese un hotel au rapport qualite/prix correct sans plus, le prix etant plutot dans la fourchette haute dans la zone.
RAS, du personnel impliqué et serviable. Atmosphère un peu sombre en chambre à mon goût.

Very good stay of 2 nights in Béthune. Nice view of the Etoile cinema, free parking. Not far from the city center on foot. Superb shower, small fridge in the room.

Above all, do not book during the holidays with them because you are on the street and without a solution, arrival at 9:55 p.m. no one at reception and no one answers the number left (recalled at 0:51 a.m.) really very disappointed

Family room (2 adults with a 5-year-old and an 8-month-old child) with a double bed and two single beds, top bedding, very quiet, clean and spacious bathroom. Really a hotel that we can only recommend.
Excellent welcome, varied and hearty breakfast. The bedding is very comfortable and the room nicely decorated. On the other hand, a very very nauseating smell of sewage emerges from the bathroom. Despite the fact that there are scent sticks to mask this smell, it is so persistent that we have the impression that it clings to us. Too bad we couldn't see the boss to discuss it with him. We are sure he would have solved the problem. Apparently this is a problem that has been going on for many years, reading guest reviews, and is related to one room.

A pleasant family suite. A very warm welcome from the staff. A spacious suite -bedroom and bathroom. Only one small downside: the two sofa beds for children, not very comfortable and very bulky.

There was no information about (free) parking and since there was nowhere to stop, it took us a lot of time to get that done. We had luggage! The next day we heard in the parking lot that we should not have parked there, without a fine. There was no elevator and you had to do everything yourself. The room, which we had upgraded for a fee of 10 euros, was spacious. The bed was very big and very good. The bathroom was okay. The restaurant was decent, as was breakfast.

A kettle in room would have been nice but the owner did fill our flask with hot water for us which was appreciated. At the end, the manager asks me for 4.50€ for the drink and takes 108€ from the company's credit card. Now let's do the accounts: - stay: room + breakfast + tourist tax: €80 - main course: €12 - dessert: €6.50 Total: 98.50 but the gentleman (Manager) took €108 from the hotel's bank card. 'business. In addition, he asked me 4.50€ for the drink. It's simply called stealing, so a hotel to simply avoid for companies and families. Of, more after realizing this complaint, the gentleman took the liberty of knocking on the door of my room and simply turning off the power in my room until the early morning.
