Evening stopover with very good value for money. Breakfast buffet with a diversity of products
Very nice hotel in a great location. Near the station and media library. Up-to-date decor. Luminous. Very clean and warm welcome. All that's missing is a small kettle to make tea in the room, otherwise it's perfect.

I book via Logis Hôtel in the evening stopover room, evening meal and breakfast included with my ETIK card for a total of 137€ At the evening meal, I am told that I am entitled to 20€, I paid at the end of meal 2€ excess. The next day when paying, the bill is €167 because the hotelier does not count a stopover evening but a room package at €137 and €30 for meals €20 and €10 for breakfast. I refuse to pay, show my reservation on the internet and after several refusals on my part, I pay 137€ - 15€ of kitty. Miserable!!!!

Strange hotel: I went twice to this hotel for 1 night each time. Late arrivals, 9-10 p.m., early departure, 6:30-7:30 a.m. I only saw a night guard, 1 time, who gave me my key. Uncomfortable ghost hotel atmosphere. Elevator + lights + internet not working. In the room the decor is old-fashioned (old carpet), in the bathroom there is no soap or toothbrush... only toilet paper. But everything is perfectly clean: bedding, linen, toilets, bathroom, nothing to say. Communication is good too: all info is given by phone/sms, no problem.
Overall clean room but mediocre bedding that squeaks at the slightest movement. No way to hang the shower head on the wall.
We priced a superior room… no heating November 10 and no bedside….
A very nice welcoming team and a very well located hotel. a few meters from the train station and close (20 minutes on foot) to the historic center.
Room with more than mediocre cleanliness and a smell of sewage lift. Impossible to stay in the room. After waiting 15 minutes for the manager who was supposed to come and see who never came, we left the hotel. A shame!!!
hello, we had 2 problems with this hotel; we were woken up on Sunday morning by the room service employee, who came in while we were still in bed, to check at reception whether or not people had left. There was no space in the parking lot behind the hotel and so we got on a sidewalk where we weren't in the way, but we got a fine, it's costing our stay. THANKS
Noisy hotel and the rooms need a facelift! Breakfast at 9.30am and practically nothing when it ends at 10am.

Firstly Timing to checkin or break from 12 to 2 was not informed earlier.To checkin,my train reached at 12.30 from then till have to wait in hotel for check-in.Since the hotel is under co struction no wifi services .Hotel is not so cleaned. Breakfast is kept near dustbin and coffee machine is not so good think before you drink. But the owner was nice who helped to keep my bag post their working hours till 6.30

Very disappointed, booked the room online, when arrived was doing a refurbishment the corridor was masquerade up wirh plastic. They should not charge the price so high when they not give high quality.

we didn't have a phone to book, to our surprise we found that the hotel was undergoing renovations, except that we were told, moreover, no cleaning service, room not redone, lack of toilet paper, defective lamp, no soaps, no welcome, a shame. You should have closed the establishment to paying customers while turning it upside down to renovate it. Also the inconvenience of having to communicate multiple times just to receive a door access code meant that I will never stay again. Good luck bringing bedrooms into the 21st century.

A bad experience. The hotel is old and not renovated. There is carpet even in the bathroom, very dirty. The room was very small and dirty. They didn't clean or make the room if you stay two nights. Nobody told us that the restaurant was under construction and they served us breakfast just at the entrance of the hotel, standing up, there was no place to sit (if you can call breakfast a sad slice of brioche and a coffee breakfast). On the day of checkout we asked to leave our suitcase at the locker because our train was late, and we were denied to leave the bag as the man at the reception were leaving at 2:00 p.m. and there is nobody at the hotel from that time . You have a code to access and the hotel is unexpected. Bad service.

Very friendly welcome, attentive and available team. However the hotel is currently under construction, I do not remember that the information was in the booking description. I found that the price charged was a bit high considering the absence of a breakfast room and the current rooms and in comparison with the hotel where we stayed the previous 2 days. However, we think that once renovated, the hotel will be great! Also note its good location, 10-15 minutes walk from the intramural.

A hotel chosen for transit before leaving by boat very early the next day. It was not really possible to enjoy it. The hotel was under construction and we were accommodated in a small wing with no particular comfort, but the owners are very nice and full of goodwill. We couldn't have breakfast, although it was included in the price. It is therefore not possible to evaluate this part of the reception
