Idéalement placé en plein centre ville. 2 petits bémols, un peu tardif, et un peu cher le petit déj à 7h,et à 11 €) lorsqu'il faut prendre la route très tot . 6 h serait préférable. Excellente nuit sinon, rien à redire, et accueil à distance avec SMS parfait; JE RECOMMANDE

Very warm welcome with an SMS in advance which is appreciated. The room deserves a facelift, impossible to operate the TV despite the person at reception changing the batteries in the remote controls. Weird smell in the room.

Room and bathroom small, you don't have to be fat like me... breakfast good, evening stopover in an outside restaurant but expensive...

The staff is very nice and responsive nothing to say. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast is very good. On the other hand, the room is very dilapidated, the toilet bowl is very damaged, the contour of the bathtub, the tiling was broken, not very clean, it was a room for 3 people, we only had 2 pillows.

Es war dreckig und aus dem Badezimmer hat es stark gerochen. Auch das 2. Zimmer, was zwar and was besser war, ist eine Zumutung. Sie haben 2 Sterne, bitte sehen Sie sich das B &B Hotel Monthieu an, das hat auch 2 Sterne und ist dennoch weit von Ihrem Standart entfernt. Sauberkeit und Werterhaltung sollte die Mindestanforderung sein.

We only stayed one night. The person at the reception is very friendly. The 2 additional pillows requested by email have been provided. The room was rather spacious and very clean with a large double bed. Very good bedding. Nothing to complain about for the breakfast, varied, in a colorful room. Parking space for 8 euros in the courtyard of the hotel which is very significant in the city center of St Etienne. Only downside but work is in progress: a broken blind in the room which rattled when it was windy. We will definitely come back if we have plans in the area.

Not worthy of a hotel resemblance to a home

Very nice home

For one night, great location with private parking, near downtown, tram, halls. On the other hand, the rooms lack a bit of maintenance: roller shutter broken and without a handle, tiled bathroom repainted but with addicts. The shower head hook is broken and I caught the shower head on the top of my head when it fell. The toilet seat is just placed so that we go with it and it falls to the ground as soon as we get up!.

Everything good except the price of breakfast too high considering what there was.

Not slept, very, too noisy!

We don't do new with old, even if we see that the place is well maintained, the fact remains that everything is tired. No staff encountered during our stay. The door does not lock.

I slept very badly at night, at 2am there were mice scratching on the wall, it was disturbing. Knowing that the attic at the top of my head was shifted so I was a little afraid that the mice would pass upstairs

Simple room. Location at the top. Mandatory parking because you are really in the heart of the city and there is no place to park. Coffee machine is very slow but very good coffee. Friendly welcome.

The reception at the reception was very good. The breakfast is of very good quality with local products. However the quality of the room is very disappointing compared to the photos. Poor quality bedding, both mattresses and pillows. Atmosphere of the room not very cozy. There were only a few sheets of toilet paper left when we arrived and no refill in the room...

The windows and frames are old. The noise and the cold of the street are chilling. Everything seems rudimentary to me. The toilets are clean but frankly narrow.

Hotel located in a very central position and with parking guarded by a large gate where I parked the motorbike in complete safety. I would say good value for money.

Hotel of very poor quality, nothing is up to standard, it's shameful. A tip as a button for the cupboard, the curtain rod that falls, jamming toilet that goes up in the sink .. dirty too .. to be able to enter your car you need a code only the reception does not open all day . Locatie was ok. Geen airco op of kamers. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer beperkt en werd niet of nauwelijks bijgevuld. Receipt was beperkt bereikbaar.
