Excellent welcome
Quick and available staff, hotel in a good location in the center of town.
Everyone was friendly and survivable. I am a vegetarian and they went out of their way to feed me well. I am grateful.

We really e buoyed our stay here. Our host was delightful ad very helpful, as was his English! The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a drink and coffee in the lou he and a very pleasant dinner in the evening. We would highly recommend this hotel, we would certainly stay here again.

Although I specifically asked about the dinner option when I made the booking and had booked there, I was told on arrival that the restaurant was closed. The rooms are ok so far, but near the "Sacred Precinct" there are 3 star hotels that offer more comfort and are closer to the grotto.

Buenos días, lo calificaría como muy buena la experiencia, ya que ha sido un hotel muy bonito que encaja muy bien en el entorno, el recepcionista muy amiable, aunque no hablaría español our pudimos communicate in inglés. La habitación espaciosa y las camas muy cómodas. Un buen punto por la limpieza también. If algún día volvemos, lo tendríamos en cuenta.
The hotel is very conveniently located relative to all that is important to Lourdes pilgrims, and given the understandable footfall, the private garage was most welcome. The welcome was cordial and helpful, the evening meal fair enough, and the breakfast excellent.

We have known this hotel for many years and have never been disappointed.
Located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the tourist area. Simple but comfortable and clean environment. Covered garage with electric recharge.
