Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht, haben dieses allerdings nicht erhalten. Auch der Balkon, der eigentlich gebucht war, war an diesem Zimmer nicht da insgesamt enttäuschend.
suite à un problème de transmission des infos sur le paiement sur booking, ceux ci n'ont pas transmis à l'hôtel que le paiement était fait. Double paiement du séjour. Heureusement personnel à l'accueil efficace et compréhensible pour un remboursement effectué très rapidement.
Room price way too high for the quality of accommodation. Small room without any charm. No shower screen, we put them everywhere even if we are careful. The bathroom door hits the plastic chair. Still, the bedding is of good quality and the room was very clean. Regarding breakfast for 17€ it's a steal. Very limited choice, hygiene of the Mr who does the very limited service keeps the same single-use glove to clean the tables and to prepare the food.

Directions could be better
we selected this hotel based on the swimming pool. In every hotel where we stay, access to the pool is free, but Bollenberg charges no less than 18 euros per person for 3 hours in the outdoor pool (we are not interested in wellness!) The WiFi (WLAN) is very poor, download from newspaper or Netflix is impossible! Room is in serious need of renovation and not clean (dust rags) Service in restaurant and at breakfast is rude For Amex credit card 2.5% surcharge on the total bill, free at other Logis hotels!

Professional stay in evening stopover, very satisfied with the reception and the services. Beware of the GPS which sends you into the vineyards, take the paved road!

Hotel is in a very nice countryside location, almost in the middle of a vineyard. From the hotel you have a nice view over the Rhine valley. During the night it was very silent. Because I had to leave before the restaurant was opened the next morning, the kitchen employee prepared a sandwich for me on my request.
Unfortunately, I couldn't have dinner in the restaurant, as it was already booked out. However, the hotel reception managed to reserve a table for me in the adjacent "Auberge du vieux pressoir", which was also a very good restaurant. I recommend to always reserve a table at the Bollenberg Hotel with the room booking, if it's a Saturday evening.

Great reception by a colleague in the service. After that big disappointment with the accommodation. The room had the charm of a cheap highway motel. That's all for one night. But not for this price.
Everything is negative Owners should read the comments and question themselves or change jobs
A breakfast not in correlation between the price (17€) and the quality of the products. Not conceivable to have canned pineapple at this price when a fruit salad is so simple. The charcuterie and cheese are okay. A welcoming and helpful staff
