l'Hotel Bellevue est en fait une ancienne demeure de 1830 que la famille actuelle a racheté il y a déjà longtemps.
C'est aujourd'hui une affaire familiale qui marche bien, qui est bien gérée et dans laquelle tous les efforts sont mis pour le bien être du client.
Nous avows passé un long séjour à Cazaubon et nous avons été séduit par le service de l'hotel, toute l'équipe étant toujours "aux petits soins" pour nous, avec le sourire et le désir de rendre notre séjour agréable et confortable.
La maison est ancienne donc, avec les aléas de la maison ancienne que nous connaissons bien. Le parquet qui grince, la moquette, les problèmes de tuyauterie, les petites bêtes, certains espaces exigus, etc.. Un reel effort de modernisation ne ferait pas de mal mais nous sommes bien conscients de l'investissement qu'il représenterait.
Enfin, la table est exquise, raffinée, les plats sont frais, bien disposés, bien préparés. En demi pension, nous avons eu de la diversité dans les menus, très appréciable.

Dinner took place on the terrace. OK. But the seating was iron garden chairs. Without pillow. I was outraged that you had to sit on those hard chairs for two hours. This is not at all ok for an upscale restaurant. Not at all!
excellent welcome, kindness, smiles and perfect service. you feel at home in a relaxing and quiet setting, very nice and clean rooms. A hearty and delicious breakfast taken on a very pleasant terrace overlooking a park.
A very beautiful place, quiet and with an unexpected setting. I just regret not having had time to have breakfast (we played golf very early in eauze) and we will come back to try the restaurant which looks very good...but you have to book.
