Séjour agréable , mais a pars a l'arrivé pas de contact avec le personnel !
l'endroit est bien , calme , mais le manque de petit déjeuner c'est fait cruellement sentir ! surtout que le plateau d'accueil est très peu fourni , je pense qu'il faudrait investir dans une machine a café dans les chambres car les dosettes soluble ne sont pas très bonne ( boisson cacaoté ) entre autre.
Hébergement très propre,très calme, confortable, très bien équipé.
Seul petit bémol c'est qu'il ne propose pas le petit déjeuner.
A recommander malgré tout.

A good stay in a nice room but no breakfast, average welcome, insistence on payment (for once I wish to pay on site I found a certain insistence on this point as if I was going to leave without paying and plus with the booking guarantee which debits the card in the event of non-payment, etc.) otherwise the services are by appointment. And having the gate closed when you haven't even left the hotel...not professional at all!

The person who receives the customers has difficulty making themselves understood, she doesn't speak French correctly, too bad. If we had known that there was no breakfast we would not have stayed. (we were 2 salespeople that day) Room 4 = no soap near the sink or in the shower, it seems like a dream. 3 working television channels is not correct. I am a long-time LdF customer and very disappointed. Customer 9923121235926638 error also in billing the price of a room = obliged to send a bank details to transfer the difference = no cash on site!

Bedding that has surely been used a lot; the mattress was saggy on one side. A dangerous balneotherapy with too powerful jets and a touch screen to activate the unresponsive system. Too bad that at 3 am the fire alarm goes off because a guest is smoking in his room. And I never managed to turn on the lights at bed level. And for those who want a breakfast, it is not provided in this hotel.

A team of great kindness, considerate, caring. There is no breakfast service, but a bakery is 50m away (opens at 6:30 am), and the hotel provides coffee, chocolate and tea in the room. Thank you, if I have to stay again in Douai, I will not fail to come back to this hotel.

The hotel is easily accessible and very pleasant. This is a beautifully decorated mansion with spacious and quiet rooms. Parking in the enclosed park just in front of this beautiful residence is very practical and secure. The only problem is that the hotel no longer does breakfast. We have to make do with two madeleines, a few "speculoos" biscuits with instant coffee available in the room...it's unfortunate. Also, there was no one at the reception. We have to contact a person who is not there and who gives you the entry code. It really gives the impression of minimal service. For the rest and to stay positive, the rooms are really good!
The boss of the hotel refused to give us the room reserved for 2 nights, because I refused to have a photocopy of my identity card made. The employee who was at the reception received us very well, the telephone conversation with her boss went very badly. Hotel to avoid.

I had booked via the site and not through Booking to be able to have some flexibility, and having reduced my stay, I had to pay for the 3 days planned with breakfast! It's not commercial at all, especially since the hotel was far from full. However, the renovation is successful. Be careful to follow the maintenance of the premises (the fixing of a bedside table is out of order! Very poor TV reception.
