Accueil pas à hauteur de ce qui est annoncé. Dîner à l’office, petit déjeuner dans un cagibi. Même pas un gobelet dans la salle de bain. Le règlement étant demandé à l’arrivée aucune possibilité de discuter de la prestation lors du départ puisque je n’ai vu personne !!!

Even when open, the hotel does not answer the phone. No soap on the bathroom sink, no glass either. Reported to reception, I am still waiting. No light either except above the sink but very high up provide a step in your luggage. WiFi does not work. No one at the hotel for breakfast (at 8:30 a.m.) etc etc....what are your controllers doing?
It's amazing to have the right to run an establishment like this. Nothing is right. Between dirt, ugliness, lack of comfort. The price that does not correspond to the offer. The owner who forgets sheets and tells us that it's normal it's summer. No hot water. In short, in one night. We have lived through horror. And we had still booked 4 rooms!
Horror in all its forms. The worst part is that at this price, you expect something other than this rubbish.

Very good transition from 2022 to 2023
This is actually a scam. A room with terrace and air conditioning was offered to us, none of this was present. Also, no one was there to welcome us, the stairs are not wide enough to carry suitcases and are dangerous. We stayed in the room 5min we left and we left the room as it was we tried to contact the establishment for a partial refund mm but the establishment did not deign to answer us, mm negatively… booking made us a gesture of 25€ but as a customer I do not at all endorse this establishment and their behavior, I hope that you as an intermediary you will sanction them. THANKS.
The owners are very nice . The cuisine offered by the hotel restaurant is excellent. We will be back with pleasure.
Impossible to have breakfast before 9am! No one at reception in the morning to deal with issues (no hot water for shower). Regarding the hot water problem, the water tanks were simply empty, because after 5 minutes of letting the water run, it was impossible to have hot water. In the evening I was able to take a lukewarm shower, I didn't want to take the risk of not having hot water the next morning. Blackout curtain that does not obscure anything at all. Very small bathroom and shower. No glass to drink from or rinse off after brushing your teeth.
