    Accueil pas à hauteur de ce qui est annoncé. Dîner à l’office, petit déjeuner dans un cagibi. Même pas un gobelet dans la salle de bain. Le règlement étant demandé à l’arrivée aucune possibilité de discuter de la prestation lors du départ puisque je n’ai vu personne !!!

    This is actually a scam. A room with terrace and air conditioning was offered to us, none of this was present. Also, no one was there to welcome us, the stairs are not wide enough to carry suitcases and are dangerous. We stayed in the room 5min we left and we left the room as it was we tried to contact the establishment for a partial refund mm but the establishment did not deign to answer us, mm negatively… booking made us a gesture of 25€ but as a customer I do not at all endorse this establishment and their behavior, I hope that you as an intermediary you will sanction them.     Impossible to have breakfast before 9am! No one at reception in the morning to deal with issues (no hot water for shower). Regarding the hot water problem, the water tanks were simply empty, because after 5 minutes of letting the water run, it was impossible to have hot water. In the evening I was able to take a lukewarm shower, I didn't want to take the risk of not having hot water the next morning. Blackout curtain that does not obscure anything at all.
