De kamer, en zeker de badkamer kunnen een upgrade gebruiken, echter als ik de prijs zie dan denk ik, die moet dan wel omhoog. Dus niet zeuren en boeken want alles is perfect, van de vriendelijke ontvangst tot en met de vloerverwarmde vloer in de badkamer! Gezellige kroegjes binnen loopafstand.

Establishment not accommodating No private parking we have to leave the motorbikes in the street In the room there is a note that we must excuse them because the host of the kitchen passes near our room and that causes noise and I promise you that that makes disturbing noise until 10 p.m. A shame And we pay for that We wanted to leave so unpleasant but they refused to reimburse us Unfriendly staff One thing is certain we will never go back and the boss we don't talk about it it's not worth it hardly So very bad stay in this host
The accommodation was ok, so was the food. Location is absolutely fabulous. There is no elevator in the building and the stairs are way to steep for people carrying luggage. Also, the WIFI is spotty, so I would not recommend it for longer stays (people working remotely). The staff is friendly. They speak English, which makes communication easy. Overall adequate

We occupied room number 2. It is clean but it should be renovated (spray peeling off, damaged walls, curtain detached from the bar).
the hotel was fully booked. We had very small rooms. My friends room 5 - I assume otherwise as a single room (was only equipped with a towel once) was even smaller and at over 30 'the shutters weren't closed during the day. Sleeping was not an option. The food was excellent!!

I was unable to have lunch at the hotel and therefore cannot comment on the Menus de jour.
At dinner, my favourite dish was Calamares à la libanaise.

Welcome and quality service. I stayed there because I had an event in Geneva. The quality / price ratio compared to accommodation in Geneva is unmatched. Quiet and clean hotel everything was spotless!
Very friendly and smiling welcome. The receptionist provided us not only with all the necessary information about the hotel, but also about what to do in the Pays de Gex. The room is quite spacious, very clean with a bed with firm bedding. Magnificent. Only downside is the size of the shower. Given my stature, taking a shower was practically impossible. I originally asked if there are bathrooms with bathtubs, to make it easier to take the morning shower. According to the staff, no problem, you just have to ask. Very good buffet breakfast. There is really everything you want: sweet, salty, fruit, cheese, meats, ...... and above all a good, very black coffee.

Very good value for money ! Standing of a 3 star when it is a 2 star. Very clean, niquel bathroom (shower, toilet, shower head, etc.) Small flat: poor insulation which means that you can hear very loud neighbors upstairs or in the hallway. We still slept very well and the quality of the hammer was very good. Accommodating staff despite late arrival after reception closed. Great and complete breakfast!

We paid twice for the room and the boss refused to reimburse us It's theft and I advise anyone who goes to this hotel to be very careful An 80-year-old client who suffered damage
We had to check in ourselves because there was no one at the reception desk and so we didn't get any instructions. The bill for this: later in the evening we no longer had access to the hotel building. There was no one at the front desk and we couldn't reach anyone on the phone. We didn't have access to our things like glasses, medicine and medical equipment. We had to book a new hotel at 1am which was further away and cost significantly more. We checked out at Logis Hôtel La Terrasse Fleurie the very next day without using the room the next day. After we explained our situation, the hotel owner showed no understanding and only said "I feel sorry for you". We had to pay for both nights, of course, without accommodation or any other kind of compensation. With our money, the owner might be able to remove the disgusting mustard smell from the hallway and replace the broken toilet seat. You're welcome.

First time staying in this hotel but have eaten at the excellent restaurant many times. Its a practical, clean & well positioned hotel in the centre of the village. Where the dinner restaurant is excellent the breakfast experience was disappointing.

Despite asking for 2 people, we only had one towel, thank you, I always have a spare towel with me! But is ! A pity ! When we asked where we could park our motorcycles, we were told there was no parking space, we had to park it on the street, all in all good for one night, but if there was an alternative, then choose this one. The food was okay and the breakfast was good too
Good quality room. Only lack: a small refrigerator. For the rest we had a good time. The staff are really welcoming and nice!
Weak point and first case in all the lodgings in which I go each year: there is no possibility of booking with evening stopover online because it is impossible on site to change the method of booking and one must have dinner a la carte. Few choices and quite expensive for a commercial to fit into his budget. Too bad on this point because the quality of the service and the presentation of the dishes are quite correct.
Small problem with the walk-in shower: floor a little slippery, water easily reaches the carpet in the room; otherwise very pleasant hotel.
