Delightful young lady who welcomed us with a cool drink and was charming throughout. Disappointed that we could not have a meal that evening (Sunday) after a very long journey.
Room was satisfactory but fan was not adequate to cool us in the hot weather.
Breakfast was poor: tinned fruit salad, a few underripe plums, a lot of not very good bread/brioche/croissants and terrible coarse coffee. Not worth the charge made.
Overall price was quite high for a 2 star hotel though the location was beautiful.
We had a hard climb with our bicycles the last 1,2 km uphill to the hotel. But the place and the view was well worth it.
Only criticism: the customer's dog took a bath in the swimming pool... We had to give up cooling off in the shade in the 40°C temperature. It would be good to specify that the swimming pool is forbidden to animals. But is it really up to the head of the establishment to do it, isn't that self-evident?...
